    The most BEAUTIFUL, delicious cake!!!

    I wish I could rate Sweet Heather Anne 10 stars, but not even that would be enough! My husband and I had a great time working with them to design our wedding cake, and they went above and beyond with the flavors, decorations, and details!! We ultimately chose to have two flavors of cake - citrus raspberry and mocha - and both were DELICIOUS!

    Absolute Perfection

    The entire team at Sweet Heather Anne was a dream to work with. We were able to choose two different flavors to accommodate the varied taste preferences of our guests. When we had our tasting and design meeting we had very little to go on but they were able to pull from our mood board and created a masterpiece. Even my dad who doesn't normally comment on these types of things was completely speechless at how gorgeous it turned out.

    Cannot recommend SHA enough!!

    Sweet Heather Anne made the cake for our September 2022 wedding and it was absolutely amazing!! They made the whole process so easy and the cake was BEAUTIFUL. We gave Heather freedom to make a design that fit to our wedding colors and mood board and she knocked it out of the park. Our cake had sugar flowers on it which were so realistic that many guests thought they were real flowers. The best part is that the sugar flowers were saved when the cake was cut, so we actually still have them now in a vase as decoration in our home, which always reminds us of the beautiful day :) We had two flavors: chocolate praline and blood orange olive oil. I am something of a cake snob and would never serve a cake made with american buttercream at my wedding. SHA makes a swiss meringue buttercream that uses local dairy ingredients! The cake was so delicious and our guests raved about it, especially the blood orange olive oil flavor. The chocolate praline was my personal favorite. You can't go wrong with SHA! We give them 10/5 stars! 3

    The Best of the Best!!!

    Sweet Heather Anne is the epitome of decadent, high end wedding cake artistry! Every cake and cookie I've tried is so delicious. The artistry that these women display goes unmatched in our area. From towering over-the-top architectural designs to dreamy buttercream-painted two-tiers, all of your guests will be wowed. If you want the best wedding cake in the midwest - Congrats, you've found them.

Because of the care and attention to detail that go into our wedding cakes and desserts, we have limited availability. We recommend securing your date on our calendar six to nine months in advance. We always try to accommodate last minute orders, but once a week is fully booked we stop taking orders.
Pricing is extremely dependent on design, but all cakes start at $7.50 per serving and go up from there. Simple buttercream cakes with fresh flowers have a flat fee of $7.50 per serving. We will give you a custom quote once we’ve discussed your wedding cake design together. We recommend budgeting for around $9 per serving with design and delivery factored in but this cost may vary.
For weddings November through April we have a $600 minimum plus delivery. We also recommend checking out our online shop for a lovely selection of intimate wedding cakes. For weddings in May-October, there is a $1000 minimum. Delivery fees do not go towards the minimum. If your wedding venue is more than an hours drive from our shop, your minimum is subject to increase based on distance. Our cake starts at $7.50 per serving, and most couples spend around $9 per serving with design and delivery factored in.
We offer tastings within 12 months of your wedding date. Since you design your cake during your tasting, you should schedule your tasting once you have a good sense of the overall design of your wedding. If you’d like to include fresh flowers on your cake, it’s best to have met with your florist before scheduling your tasting.
Yes! We make a variety of desserts including cupcakes, cookies, macarons, and other tasty treats. We offer dessert table packages that include stands, setup, labels, and everything else you need to create a stunning dessert table. Just let us know you’re interested, and we’ll go over it with you in more detail during your phone consult.
Not at this time. We are not currently able to accommodate special dietary requests, but we’d be happy to provide recommendations for bakeries in the area that can. We do have some cake flavors that do not contain nuts and we take precaution when baking, however, our kitchen is not nut-free and we cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination.
Yes! We offer delivery for wedding cakes of all sizes and require it for cakes three tiers and larger. Ann Arbor delivery is $40, and all other areas are based off mileage.
