The Cake Boutique specializes in high end center of attention cakes. We work with each client to create a unique, delicious cake for your special occasion. Beth is an award winning cake artist and professional chocolatier, learning all she can from Melissa Coppel. She is a certified judge, who travels the US teaching and judging sugar art. I was a 2x competitor on Food Network and Food Network Canada, of which I won! I have been published in: The New York Times, Cake Masters Magazine, and more! We would love to be a part of your special day!
I create high end, center of attention cakes with over 90 varieties of sugar flowers, I'm a chocolatier and pastry chef where everything is made in house, from scratch at our bakery. If you can dream it; we can create it.

Beth is the best!!
Beth was an absolute gem to work with! From start to finish she was professional and brought her professional opinion to my inspiration. I felt so confident in her skill set that she would deliver my vision and she did! Now to the important part. Not only were our cake and cupcakes stunning, the flavors were incredible. It is rare that cake tastes as good as it looks but they really did. If you are a bride or someone looking to officially book your baker for whatever your needs are, Beth is your girl. Beth thank you for bringing my vision to life, we are forever grateful

Beth was always there if I had any questions about anything at all and she would respond quickly. We got cupcakes and a cake. All of our guests loved them. So many people said this is a dessert I can get behind. It was not overly sweet so everyone wanted to go back for more. A crowd favorite was her pink champagne. She did an amazing job with the shells and beach themed cupcakes and the sugar flowers on our cake that they look real. Even being busy, she made sure to reach out to make sure that everything was still on schedule for delivery and when they could be dropped off. She really went above and beyond.

The entire process of working with Beth was super easy and fun! We had an in person tasting where we got to sample a ton of cake, frosting and filling options. Beth was very thorough in asking questions about what we wanted and what we envisioned for our cake. On the actual wedding day, she delivered the cake exactly as promised and the cake was beautiful and delicious. Many wedding guests said it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. I would highly recommend!!
