Yes, we will need liability event insurance. As we require a Certificate of Insurance for every event, you may acquire event insurance through Event Helper, with the requirements for insurance already pre-loaded on the link here: https://www.theeventhelper.com/#da80yg If you decide to acquire insurance through another insurer, please ensure the following: $1,000,000 in Liability and $300,000 in Damage to Premises. Yes, you must have a TIPS certified bartender serving alcohol. Non Profit- Must provide liquor license 2 weeks before event day Restaurant- must have catering permit

Weddings can occur: Select Fridays & Sundays January-May Select Fridays May-December

There is no off peak season, but please note we do not hold Sunday Weddings from May-December
