If you love the quaint and peaceful feeling of community, the Royal Oak Farmer’s Market is the perfect place for you. With a facility that also hosts a Farmer’s Market, a Flea Market, and an Antique and Collectable Market, this location is truly a community landmark. The Royal Oak Farmers Market is a purist Michigan market. We strive to offer the freshest local produce direct from the growers. We have both certified organic and sustainable farmers. We also offer free-range meats & eggs, plus a large amount of local specialty food items. The RO farmers market is open Saturdays selling local produce All Year Round!

You may bring in any caterer or Food Truck of your choice. If you use Food Trucks they must be less than 10'-5" in total height to come into the building. Pizza and BBQ Trucks must be outside. The real savings is alcohol. You can purchase and bring in your own alcohol as long as it’s not a cash bar.

    Amazing venue

    We had our wedding at Royal Oak Farmers Market and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the team communicated with us in a way that made planning feel easy and stress-free. Paulette, our day-of coordinator, was the real MVP—she handled everything behind the scenes so we could actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about details. Her calm presence and helpful attitude kept us grounded throughout the day. The venue itself felt welcoming and gave us exactly what we were looking for.     Exactly what we wanted

    Our wedding at Royal Oak Farmers Market was everything we hoped for. The team communicated with us every step of the way, answering questions quickly and working with us on all our requests. The space itself is huge and gave us the freedom to set things up exactly how we wanted, with that beautiful rustic feel we were after. On the day of our wedding, they kept everything running on schedule and handled all the details so we could just enjoy ourselves. We felt taken care of from start to finish, and our guests loved the unique vibe of the venue. We'd absolutely recommend Royal Oak Farmers Market to any couple looking for a flexible space with a team that truly listens.

    A great blank canvas venue! The staff is very accommodating and allow you to bring in vendors of your choosing. They were very helpful and always available for a phone call/meeting to go over logistics. It’s also a huge space that was great for my 200 person ceremony and reception. Definitely would recommend at least getting a day of coordinator because the venue does not come with anything other than tables and chairs, so setup is a big task. I absolutely loved how our wedding turned out and we got so many compliments about how unique the venue was from our guests!

The Royal Oak Farmers Market is Available Year Round
All events must end at 11pm with all event items out of the building by 12 midnight.
The base rental price starts at $3,000 plus a staffing fee depending on how many people/space you need and the day of the week.
The fee includes a limited number of 6-foot rectangle tables.
Also, for an additional fee we have black curtains to cover selected areas of the building as well as 5-foot round tables, HiTop tables, black chairs and white chairs to rent.
You may bring in any caterer or Food Truck of your choice. If you use Food Trucks they must be less than 10'-5" in total height to come into the building. Pizza and BBQ Trucks must be outside. The real savings is alcohol. You can purchase and bring in your own alcohol as long as it’s not a cash bar.
There is a $1000 deposit to hold a date.
An appointment is required to tour the facility.
