Our most popular bar package! Complete in-house bar package, including premium spirits, craft & domestic beer, assorted house wines and non-alcoholic options. Bar packages also include all glassware, supplies, service & ice. *Bar timeline is based on standard 5-hour event. *22% service fee, sales tax and gratuity are additional. *Additional staffing fee applies to events under 80 guests. *Weekend bar packages include Welcome Cocktail hour with (2) pre-selected Batch Cocktails.

The Rust Belt offered a great atmosphere and aesthetic for our party! Having the shops open for the first hour of the event was great, and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Julie was a great help in answering all our questions in a timely and comprehensive manner, and was incredibly attentive on the night of the party, checking in with our needs throughout the event. The staff working the bar were great and had no difficulty serving over 120 drinks throughout the night, offering amazing cocktails and seasonal selections of beer and mixers.

The Rust Belt Market was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication was timely, thorough, and incredibly clear, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. On the day of, the team checked on us frequently during our ceremony, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The venue itself was intimate, gorgeous, and completely unique - a true hidden gem. We were able to get amazing photos in their gorgeous green room, which was a wonderful space for us to relax and prepare. The Rust Belt Market exceeded our expectations in every way and we are so grateful for the role they played in making our special day truly unforgettable.

What a place! Julie at Rust Belt is by far the best vendor I have worked with across three weddings. She is professional, proactive and responsive, doing everything she can to make our vision a reality. Her staff made the event seamless, leaving us to enjoy the evening with our guests. And the venue sets up so nicely for a party. It's open but with separate areas for the bar and dinner, giving ample room for people to move around and socialize. It couldn't have been a nicer experience.

We strongly encourage the use of one of our partner vendors, from our Preferred Caterer list, however, a catering buy-out option is available for an additional fee, if you prefer to use an outside caterer - not on our suggested vendor list. Venue approval is required prior to moving forward with your outside caterer.

Standard Evening Rental set-up time begins at 3 PM on the day of your event. Early set-up access (10 AM) is available for an additional fee.

Yes! Our newly updated Green Room can be added to your venue rental package. We created The Green Room for our wedding clients to use as their own private sanctuary for getting ready, intimate photography sessions, staging space and enjoying time with close friends and family.

Yes! We offer a midnight extension upgrade if you prefer to keep the party going. The 12 AM extension also requires additional bar service for your guests, and a detailed quote can be provided for your review. With this upgrade, last call at the bar is at 11:45pm, your event ends at 12am, and event wrap (clean-up) is from 12am-1am.

Yes! We understand the sweets menu can be a very personalized wedding decision. While our preferred caterers have great dessert options, couples are free to coordinate with outside vendors for wedding cakes, cupcakes, cookies, etc. - it’s up to you! Please be sure to discuss details with your caterer to ensure they can provide support for set-up, cutting, and serving, as well as items such as plates, napkins, and utensils that may be needed for your outside sweets.

Yes! There is no additional fee to have an onsite ceremony when hosting your reception at our venue. Ceremonies cannot begin until our retail marketplace closes (7:15pm). Guests will be seated at their tables for your ceremony set on the stage. We cannot “flip” the space. For Friday/Saturday events, our marketplace shops are open until 7pm, and we offer a Welcome Cocktail Hour from 6-7pm. When your guests arrive, they can grab a drink and experience our unique marketplace. Once the marketplace closes, your private ceremony can begin. This is a seamless transition, and your ceremony will roll right into your reception.

Yes! Our venue is equipped with accessible restrooms and dedicated parking. Our entrance doors are spacious and there are no steps or barricades. Our oversized farm tables allow for wheelchair seating—preferably at the end or corner.

Yes! Candles are permitted, as long as they are contained in a glass vessel, votive, hurricane, etc. All open flame must be contained or surrounded in glass.
