Hey there! I’m Erica Elaine - equal parts perfectionist, people-pleaser, organizer and social butterfly! I’ve spent many years in the service industry – bartending, serving and having a blast while doing it. Tidbits about me: Dog mom to Maggie (the cutest little fluff ball of a puppy you’ll ever meet!), bonus mom to the cutest boys, condiment hater, detail lover and someone who’s all about bringing your event vision to life!

I treat each client like friends and family because by the end of it, they will be! I’ve always dreamed of owning my own business, so, I decided it was time for me to take my passion of making delicious craft cocktails and making people smile on-the-road!

    The Tipsy Elaine provided timely and professional bar services and beverages for our wedding. Their willingness to listen to my dream vision and attention to detail service made the entire experience stress-free. From the initial planning to the day-of execution, they were a delight to work with. The bartenders were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the selection of cocktails, beer, and wine was perfect for our celebration. We received so many compliments from our guests on the quality of the drinks and the seamless bar service. A part of our service that makes us stand out, is we love to create delicious and presentable craft cocktails. We do not have a pre-set list of cocktails; these are tailored through detailed planning with our clients. If you choose to have signature drinks, we will come up with some delicious cocktails that are tailored to you and your guests flavor profile!
We serve any type of event or gathering that needs delicious drinks as well as top-notch service!
Absolutely! The great thing about The Tipsy Elaine is we are mobile and can travel! We are based out of Flushing, Michigan, so we're pretty centrally located so our first 30 miles are free of charge. For anything greater than 30 miles from 48433, we will charge $2 per mile per vehicle needed to compete the job. Anything exceeding a 3-hour drive, will require an additional chare for lodging accommodations.
As soon as possible! We operate on a first come, first serve basis. Fill out our website inquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as possible with our availability for that date. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.​
Due to licensing restrictions by the State of Michigan, The Tipsy Elaine does not provide, sell or accept payment for alcohol. We are a dry bar hire meaning the alcohol must be supplied by the event host, coordinator or third party. Our bartenders are trained to make sure that everyone is safe, responsible and having a great time while enjoying our delicious drinks! Our services include a consultation and prepared shopping list for quantity and product suggestions. It also gives you the flexibility to choose what products you want to have served, selecting brands within your budget, this allows us to get totally creative with your cocktails.
We get it, life happens! Our refund policy: We will refund 50% of deposits as long as your event is canceled 30 days prior to your event. If you cancel closer to your event date, no refund will be issued due to high demand and availability.
Yes we are! We hold both general and liquor liability insurance. We're ready to get this party started!
