We had two photographers and a videographer, Kevin was the lead photographer, Jennifer was the secondary photographer, and Ben was the videographer. They showed up on time and got right into detail shots, and then were very efficient and knowledgeable for first looks, bridal party, and family photos. Throughout the night I hardly noticed they were there and they got many super fun photos of the reception! We got almost 1600 pictures back and anxiously await our highlight video! “When I first looked into booking with timeless Texas, I was a little concerned about other reviews that mentioned that they had experienced a lack of communication from this vendor, and not knowing exactly who from their team would be at your wedding until you've already booked - but after looking at their work, and speaking with the company I decided to move forward and book with them because I really liked the idea of hiring a "team" for photo/video who would know how to work together versus hiring individuals who may get in each others way / clash. At first, it was very hard to get ahold of anyone at Timeless after booking, but when concerns were brought to a manager, they were handled quickly & professionally. They did assign a photographer who I did some game planning with, but then they assigned me a different photographer, so I had to start over with my game planning with her. My new photographer was Victoria, and she did an incredible job. I did provide a very detailed shot list, but unfortunately it was not followed so we did miss some very important photos. Otherwise, she was easy to talk to in the planning phases, stayed in communication, asked all the right questions, and was fabulous the day of the event. I was also assigned a videographer, but the communication from her was lacking. My videographer contacted me once in December, and I did not hear from her until just before the wedding, only because I had reached out to management again expressing concern. The videographer then reached out for a planning phone call 3 days before the wedding, and basically told me that she would just be following the photographer around. The day of, the videographer was great to work with, and the video was beautiful. Turn around time for photos and videos was short and overall I am very happy with what I received on both ends. I would happily recommend them to other brides, I just think there needs to be some work on the communication end of things, like the company could set up minimum expectations for anyone on their team. I could see this stressing out a type A bride, whereas I was more relaxed about the planning process so I just dealt with it and moved forward”

However, at times they seemed a bit hurried when working with our wedding party and guests, though they remained attentive and eager to get the right shots. For example, the photographer remembered the little details that made our photos special, but we felt a bit rushed after the ceremony and didn't fully capture the joy of those moments. What was important to my Fiance and I when selecting a photographer was someone that would do the basics, quick responses, a modicum of flexibility, shows up on time, that kind of thing. We’re not “picture people” at all, so the idea of an engagement shoot at San Francisco City Hall had us both quietly panicking. We laughed more than we posed, and somehow walked out with **stunning, frame-worthy shots** that still make us grin. My husband loved them so much he had them printed and sewn onto the lining of the vest he wore on our wedding day – talk about a keepsake! Come the wedding day, Te Dua’s team was a dream. “We hired Reflections Media Pennsylvania as our wedding photographer and were very happy with their services. They were great at communication - thoroughly documenting details over email and phone calls leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, they jumped right in to capture candid moments as they happened. For example, they photographed all of our guests arriving at the cocktail hour with us. The photos turned out beautifully, really capturing the spirit of our wedding at a fair price. My only minor critique would be that it was hard to pose for some of the more formal shots because the photographer didn't do a countdown before snapping the pic. And unfortunately due to the event timing, we were not able to take as much photos with the family/bridal party as we had wanted in our consultation. I would recommend couples to keep in mind specific shots during the wedding; the wedding day was extremely hectic for us but it would have been nice to have the photographer (us as well) remember our consultation on what shots we were important for us for them to photograph. But overall, I'd recommend Reflections Media to other couples looking to preserve memories of their special day.”
