Thanks for visiting my profile! To tell you a bit about myself, I've always wanted to be a filmmaker since I could remember... My grandpa was always filming every family interaction and had a 500 title dvd collection, so that left a big impression on me. I was the kid who grouped up my friends and coordinated lightsaber battles in the front yard; later editing in FX frame by frame. While in film school I used to film in dance clubs, making music videos of clubbers having a good time. This helped develop my style and created the foundation of what I do today! Apart from filmmaking, I enjoy a good jam sesh, playing chess, and surfing :)

My name is John Park! I’m a wedding videographer based in NYC. What can I say about filming? I just love filming and editing. I’m always excited to capture the moments in weddings, but what is more exciting is when I put those moments together and start creating a master piece. Meeting at SUNY Purchase College, pursuing a degree in Cinema Studies and Screenwriting, Carmine met Georgia, a Photojournalist with currently over a decade of photography experience. The two of us shared similar interests and combined their expertise to establish Georgia Panagi Photography. Specializing (but not exclusively) in Wedding photography and cinematography, we strive to capture memories so that will be remembered forever.

After freelancing over 9-10 years as a Wedding Cinematographer and Photographer, I have finally achieved the dream of opening my own studio. I came to the states in 2015 to get my Masters in International Business but fell in love with the art of capturing light. Since then, I’ve never looked back. I chose weddings because I love to capture emotions. They are rare and candid in weddings, which you’ll never find elsewhere. Being able to record and showcase those moments that the couple and their family will cherish forever is priceless.
