I cannot say enough good things about working with Shelley. She was hired as our day-of coordinator, but she was so much more! She gave us vendor recommendations, reached out frequently to check in, and encouraged us along the way. We had a few zoom meetings to go over details and she also went with me to my final walk through of our venue. Our wedding day was perfect. IF there was any type of issue, I didn't know about it because Shelley took care of everything. I would highly recommend her because of her skill, but also because of her kindness. She was a large part of why our day was so amazing. I can't thank her enough!!

All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly. Corinne went above and beyond. From our first phone call we felt comfortable and confident. I let her know that I had family that is not fluent in English & she said that she would find a way & I trusted that. She asked if she could being her friend Alma to help her with translating & they both made everything work very naturally. We are so grateful for the two of them. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and it truly was. We can’t thank them enough for all that they did. They did more than we could imagine and thought of the things that we had never thought or considered. They were such a calm and confident presence on our special day, it really allowed us to soak it all in. We are so glad that we had them on our side, we didn’t worry about a thing and they made our day feel so easy and enjoyable. They helped with rehearsal, setting up decor, moving decor, putting away decor, timeline, communicating with vendors, & I am sure there was a lot more going on behind scenes that we are so grateful for. They made sure we stayed on top of all the things we wanted to do: sunset photos, speeches, first dances, money dance, the “culebra” just everything!! Our families were very happy as well! I had a very unique style wedding and most of it I tried to do DIY. In a nutshell, it became extremely overwhelming for me, so I asked my planner Rebecca to assist. It goes without saying that when it comes to event planning, Andrina gets it! She's insanely creative and at the same time refreshingly collaborative. When I contacted her about organizing a romantic marriage proposal, she made it a priority to understand my vision and then build off of it. Given that I wanted to propose in Big Sur but couldn't come up from LA without getting caught, Andrina scouted several locations, took photos and videos, and kept me updated on all our options as they developed. She was transparent in all our communications and was always conscious of our budget when giving suggestions. The execution of this proposal was flawless and exactly what I imagined. There was a beautiful picnic arrangement waiting for us as at a secluded, picturesque spot where photographers were inconspicuously pretending to be tourists until I popped the question. After an intimate photoshoot we proceeded to a surprise dinner with the rest of the family at a local restaurant, where the table had been pre-arranged with flowers and custom menus. It was such an incredible day and I can't thank Andrina enough for making this important moment happen. Cheers!

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!
