“DJ Motiv was extraordinary. I was so impressed by his professionalism, communication, and willingness to make sure our night was perfect. I was skeptical at first with some reviews mentioning that the DJ’s weren’t playing the songs they chose. I immediately reached out and that was informed that it would not be an issue. ALL of our chosen music was played, with some song requests of guests (with bride’s approval, per DJ motiv - loved that). DJ Motiv checked in with us constantly, even to make sure our food was at our table, if we needed drinks, if the music was going well, and if there was anything he could do. He was going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I even threw in special requests during my wedding, including him stopping my parent dance half way (on purpose) as if the music turned off, to take the mic and give a short speech. He did it phenomenally. I had a game request, with him being the commentator and director of, and he took that role and ran with it. The wedding guests LOVED him. I have nothing negative to say about his services. Even the photobooth was done great! I also had a custom sign made, with our new last name, and it was perfect! Such a great item to be able keep, and you get a year warranty on it. Anyway, I highly recommend this DJ!! He MADE our wedding perfect. Everyone loved him.”

“We had the absolute pleasure of Chris Morris from Buffaluv soundz DJing our wedding this July. Everything from the initial consultation to the last hours he was there cleaning up his equipment was a great experience in which we felt true dedication from him and his team towards making our day perfect. They were extremely down to earth and easy to work with. Chris helped personalize so many touches within our day from a unique first dance to hyping our folks up for the dance floor. He was so extraordinarily professional arriving very early to set up and make sure everything was perfect and checking in with us in regard to all sorts of details that really brought our dreams to reality. I can’t say enough about what a difference it made to have such an attentive to detail and caring person in charge of the sound, music and overall vibe of our wedding day. There was nothing generic, boring or overdone and every moment felt like it was truly ours. Chris is the best! I would recommend him to everyone! we went with a package that included the Photo Booth and Cloud effect for the dance floor which made our first dance so fire! Everyone really loved the Photo Booth. They had great props and backgrounds and they even gave us a photo album filled with our guest pics. That was an awesome surprise at the end of the night. Lastly, I just have to add, I was worried about DJ equipment and the look of it and the whole set up that Chris brought was gorgeous modern white, clean and elegant. We were so impressed! It really added to our aesthetic perfectly. Overall, they were just an absolute 10 out of 10 and made our wedding a fairytale come true!”

“Thank you Primo!!! Primo Lighting and Sound did amazing at our wedding! We had a small intimate wedding on a Sunday afternoon at NYBP and Primo made it feel like a Saturday night! “James was such a wonderful addition to our wedding day, and we couldn’t recommend him more! From the beginning, he was professional, responsive, and so easy to work with as we planned the music for our ceremony. Having live cello during our prelude and ceremony added something incredibly special to the day. James played everything so beautifully and created exactly the romantic, timeless atmosphere we had envisioned for our vineyard ceremony. Hearing the songs we had chosen come to life as our guests arrived and throughout the ceremony made those moments feel even more meaningful. Everything on the day itself was seamless – James arrived, got set up, coordinated with our other vendors, and handled every cue beautifully. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and could simply enjoy the moment. I arrange my music custom for your event upon hearing what your vision is. I am fully insured and I am easy to keep in contact with. I began playing cello when I was around 9, a family tradition. I studied with a principal cellist of the Rochester Philharmonic. I am well versed in music other than classical, and am well versed in many different styles. I also take the time to talk to guests, friends, and whoever else is enjoying the music on the occasion.
