The restored Historic Melrose Knitting Mill is a three-story brick mill, nestled in downtown Raleigh. The venue boasts exposed bricks, rough cut beams and twenty-four arched windows, providing an abundance of natural light. After opening one of Downtown Raleigh’s most vibrant restaurants on the ground level, creative director Samad Hachby renovated the third-story space to accommodate the larger weddings, special events, and parties that his restaurant was being sought after to host. Today, the Historic Melrose Knitting Mill sits perched high atop 309 N. Dawson Street welcoming guests to a true destination within the heart of the city.

The Venue is 2700 sq ft of space featuring dimmable string lighting hung overheard, large windows with beautiful natural light, and a custom built mobile bar pouring the freshest beer in Raleigh. The Lawn adds 4500 sq ft of outdoor space perfect for your Wedding Ceremony or a friendly game of cornhole. Guests also have access to a small suite off the side of the venue which can be used as a bridal suite or private lounge.
