“Lissa and her team was absolutely wonderful from the initial contact up to the end of our wedding day! No matter what kind of wedding you're having, she will make you and your partner feel like you have all of her attention as the most important couple. Throughout the whole process, she was so professional and supportive, even with not as traditional ideas. She had such a quick response time, usually within a day, or a couple hours, and sometimes even sooner! Her attention to detail in making my timeline was also amazing and I felt that we were able to have the whole day planned to the dot before the big day. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly and we were not stressed out at all! We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. She's the perfect amount of assertiveness, professionalism, and friendliness with everyone, including the guests. The largest thing that stood out to us was how much all of our other vendors loved Lissa and working with her, and we could see it throughout the day. Our venue had restrictions such as a short setup window, but Lissa communicated with them and navigated the situation very well to make everything go smoothly. Even though we had a venue management person for the day of, it was nothing compared to working with someone that truly focuses on you and your needs. “Kelsea and Alena made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. Kelsea chatted with me via Zoom to get an idea of what the day was going to be like and the look I was going for. I did a trial at Kelsea's studio in Virginia and I got to hang out with her adorable pup while she brought my vision to life and asked me lots of helpful questions. She then took feedback from the trial so that Alena, who was my artist on my wedding day, could execute a perfected version of the trial look. My hair isn't the easiest to work with because it's very straight and fine, but Alena got it to hold its waves all night without it feeling gross and weighed down by product. She also accentuated the purple highlights I got done shortly before the wedding to match my flowers flawlessly so that the purple showed through without being overpowering. She checked in every step of the way while doing my makeup and made sure I was good with the shades that she picked. I don't usually wear a lot of makeup so I was worried about not feeling like myself, but Kelsea and Alena achieved the perfect balance between looking glamorous, but still natural. I didn't have a bridal party, but Alena did my mom's hair and makeup as well and she looked beautiful. Cannot recommend Artistry by Kelsea enough!”

“Kay was hands down the best wedding photographer I could have ever asked for. Her style is light and bright which transferred the brightness and happiness of our beautiful wedding day. Not only is she incredibly professional and sweet, but she also delivered a preview in 1 day and our full day of photos in about TWO WEEKS. The online gallery she sent us had literacy over 1,000 photos and they were all edited beautifully. She was able to capture every tear, every funny face, and every unattractive cheesy head-thrown-back laugh. Other than family portraits, she was truly a documentary style photographer in that no photos were staged and every shot is authentic. I could go on and on and on about the actual photos, but in addition to the extreme high quality of her work, Kay was reassuring and helpful throughout the whole process, going so far as supporting me even more than my day-of-coordinator in the creation of the timeline for the day of. “Ket was absolutely lovely to work with. She did an amazing job at our perfect, pink, antique-inspired wedding. Ket made me feel completely at ease and truly took the time to explain things to me and understand our vision. As an anxious bride, I really appreciated our several planning calls, tablescape mockup, her virtual CAD modeling, and that she even invited me to go to the floral wholesaler with her to select our roses. I also loved being able to follow the behind-the-scenes process of her creating the arrangements on Instagram. Ket’s positive attitude, calming words, and kind smile during even the crazy parts of our wedding day truly touched me. Despite rain, Ket and her team set up our arbor through the storm and in record time (and with a baby on her back). She truly is a super woman! Our other vendors commented that they’d never seen anyone put up an arbor so fast and beautifully. Everything turned out even more beautifully than we could have hoped for or dreamed of!
