“My husband and I had some strong opinions about the music that should be played at our wedding - for example, no classic wedding songs or oldies. We asked Graeme to cater to the younger crew at our wedding (70% of our wedding guests were 35 or younger) and he delivered. Once we opened the dance floor I never saw anyone sitting down again for the rest of the night. The tent rental company had told me that the dance floor I wanted to rent was much larger then needed for our weddings size but Graeme was able to keep it full and even over flowing all night long. He knows how to throw a party! In addition we had an outdoor ceremony and even though the wedding wasn't particularity large (98 guests) the space he needed to make music & sound work for was very large and far away from an electrical source. Graeme worked directly with my venue to ensure he had everything he needed to make the day go off without a hitch.”

We purchased the social media photobooth as well, and Ra-Mu even threw in print outs of our guests photos for them to take home, and a book with each guest photo glued in/space for guest signature. From the moment we connected, she was professional, easy to work with, and brought such a calm, grounding presence to the day. We felt completely at ease knowing she had everything under control. Her vibe was exactly what we were looking for — fun, intuitive, and never overbearing. Not only was Elise a top tier professional, but the entire hotel staff was kind, welcoming, and accommodating all weekend – from the front desk representatives, to housekeeping, to lobby security. Haley was phenomenal onsite and took away all the step up and breakdown stress that we would’ve otherwise had to deal with. We have attended many hotel weddings where the food is subpar – not the case here! We felt (and heard from others!) that it was the best wedding food we’ve ever tasted. “Working with Enchanted Events was hands down one of the best decisions that we made during our wedding planning process. We wanted our wedding to be small and simple, and initially thought we might be able to handle it without help. However, as we continued planning and more and more details came up, we decided that at the very least we needed a day-of coordinator. Enter Jordan and the entire Enchanted Events crew - TRUE ANGELS!! From our first conversation with Jordan, we knew we had the right team on our side. What Enchanted Events offers is really so much more than day-of coordination services. As soon as we booked with them, they were available to help us with any questions that we had. They told us that we could CC them on emails with vendors or give them a call if we needed an opinion. We can’t explain what a relief it was to have experts on our side once we booked with Enchanted! They are so well connected in the industry, so organized, and so kind and calming as well. Kristen and Tori were our day-of coordinators and WE CANNOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH PRAISE! Leading up to the wedding, they asked all the right questions to make sure that the big day flowed seamlessly. The part of the wedding that we were most nervous about was “flipping the room” - essentially turning it from a ceremony space into a full dinner/dance floor/event space in under an hour. A few guests looked at the room and said there was no way it could happen that fast. Kristen and Tori delivered in ways that left every guest stunned… the room flip was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning with their guidance and expertise! This was just one of dozens of examples of their impact - from Tori joining us to take photos off site and ensure that we stayed on track with our timeline, to Kristen keeping us calm and present as we prepared to walk down the aisle. Once the day was over, we kept talking about how absolutely NOTHING went wrong on our wedding day. We can’t believe how perfect the day was, and Enchanted Events had a massive impact in making that happen. We cannot recommend working with them enough!!”

“Hotel Providence was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding venue. I loved moving from room to room, having a dance floor away from space for folks to have coffee and dessert, and to be able to walk upstairs at the end of the night. We could not have been more happy. There has been a recent change in events personnel, which led to some miscommunications and a few things not happening as expected. While nothing that altered any piece of our enjoyment, I would recommend couples who are more anxious or type A to hire a day/month of coordinator to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible. The staff at HP are five-star, and they handled every questions, concern, issue, and guest with grace and professionalism.
