We had our wedding at White Lotus on August 9th and could not have been happier with how everything turned out! The venue is amazing—the backdrop is stunning, there are so many beautiful spots to appreciate throughout the site, and it is extremely private! We received numerous compliments from guests during the day of our wedding about choosing such a beautiful setting; we even had a friend mention that his fiancée was so in love with the venue that she wanted to have their wedding at White Lotus! The owners, Niall and Natalie, are amazing people and were SO accommodating and positive throughout the entire experience! They are extremely kind, welcoming, flexible, and helpful, and were always responsive, whether it was hours, days, weeks, or months from the wedding. We were so lucky to work with individuals who cared about our wedding experience and encouraged us to be creative with our setup at their site, instead of having a pre-determined setup we had to follow. This is a great venue for any couple, but it is especially perfect for those with a specific wedding vision or those who want to customize their experience to fit their wants and needs! It is a breathtaking setting that is essentially a blank slate (with plenty of amenities to take advantage of!) that allows couples to really have an experience tailored to themselves! We could not have possibly picked a better venue for us! Definitely 5 stars... we recommend considering White Lotus for your wedding!

From the moment we first connected with Bethany, her communication was professional, super responsive, and incredibly helpful in making sure every detail of our special day was exactly as we envisioned. The venue itself is a secret beauty, with beautiful water views, gorgeous gardens, and a historic, charming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the garden to table food prepared by Chef Troy was absolutely delicious. We asked the owner Gary to give a short talk about the history of the property and its mission to support local housing - it added such meaningful context to the experience. The entire staff took wonderful care of us and our guests throughout the wedding, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. Misty Clover Farm gave me my dream wedding! It was such a wonderful and the most memorable experience for my husband, me and all of our wedding guests. To this day at family gatherings they talk about the great venue and what a memorable party it was. It could not have been done without Thomas, Naomi, and their spectacular team. My experience overall was AMAZING to the last detail. Having multiple decades in the hospitality industry Thomas and Naomi made sure my vision for the wedding was carried out! The food was incredible (everything tasted so delicious and was presented wonderfully)! The bar was a great time for everyone, including a post wedding ramen bar!!! Venue was beautiful and easy to navigate. Cannot say enough great things about the communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and overall the genuine care from Misty Clover. I cannot imagine any better place to get married at!

I've been the DJ at several hundred weddings over the last 25 years all around this lovely state. Fireseed is at the top of the list of my favorite venues. It's been especially great to see the evolution of the space over the years. They started off with a beautiful garden, an incredible chef, and a super nice indoor space for dinner and dancing. Good enough wasn't enough as now it has new amazing outdoor areas and great wedding party amenities. They also have event managers built in, so as a DJ I can focus on the music and emceeing. I don't mind the extra ferry ride for a night that I know is going to be well run and really fun. Oh. Almost forgot. The food is up there with anyone in the Northwest. Really, really good. Every time!

Getting married at Camp Parsons was great. Josh Cunningham, the camp director, went above and beyond to help us with our special day. Josh answered any and all questions, answering with the most friendly, helpful attitude. The camp is situated in a private and gorgeous area, right on the bay. If you/guest love camping this is a great place to rent out for a long weekend wedding. We rented out the whole camp Friday-Sunday afternoon and our guests had a blast. Because the camp is nestled between forest and ocean it afforded us a lot of opportunities for amazing pictures. The health lodge was perfect for getting ready and for us (bride and groom) to stay in the night of the wedding. All in all, the venue was affordable, had everything we needed for a successful wedding and we will forever have great memories of our marriage.

The Manor House is a beautiful venue that all of our guests enjoyed greatly. The food was delicious and, despite some very minor hiccups around dietary miscommunications, everything on the day of our wedding flowed very smoothly. In the planning stage, there were minor lapses in communication that made planning our wedding from a distance more difficult, but overall we found the staff to be pleasant, the venue to be gorgeous, and our wedding went off without a hitch.

We LOVED our wedding at IslandWood! I worked on the events team at IslandWood from 2019-2021, before shifting careers completely. I always loved to work the weddings, and imagined that my dream wedding would be there one day. I am so so happy that I was able to make that dream come true!! IslandWood goes above and beyond to make the guests' and bride & groom's experiences absolutely perfect! I personally already knew the food would taste amazing, as I used to always eat the leftovers when I worked there. But eating food from a menu that my husband and I got to custom design with Jim was truly an unforgettable experience. All of the guests loved the food, and Jim and his team tackle every request that you throw their way! My husband is Dominican, and Jim made sure that the Dominican food he made was authentic and delicious. At one point, my husband's aunts asked whether a Dominican was working in the kitchen! Moreover, Erica, our event planner, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a perfect weekend! IslandWood is a magical place, and your wedding will be magical if you choose to have it there. Yes, it is pricey, but the experiences that you, your family, and your friends will leave with are truly invaluable!

We had a truly magical wedding aboard the Virginia V this July. Our dream was to start in Lake Union, go through the Ballard Locks and end up at the downtown waterfront and they found a way to make it happen. Alicia and Mark were extremely responsive and accommodating of our requests. Our guests had an amazing time and we were so honored to celebrate with a piece of Seattle history. My granddaughter chose Eagle Mountain for her summer wedding and it turned out to be the most wonderful choice. From the first meeting with Kim throughout the planning and the beautiful wedding til the final cleanup Kim made sure it was a wedding and reception beyond all expectations. It’s a stunning outdoor setting with the enormous amount of flowers and trees and the valley view along with all the areas set up for the different parts of the events it was the perfect place. The bridal suite with beautiful natural light, large and accommodating groom’s suite, and the prep kitchen was a huge bonus. Now let’s talk about the grounds - DeeDee has created a beautiful venue. When we showed up for our tour, she was in gardening gloves and boots - we knew that she kept this place immaculate! Everything on the 18 acres is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for wedding photos! The barn is a beautiful backdrop, the lake is adorable, and the lush green grounds are to die for. The tent and barn provide great alternates for poor weather as well (we didn’t need it, but we were glad to have a backup, knowing Washington). Our guests absolutely loved partying it up at Sadie Lake! The Ruins is like someone took all the cool bits of Seattle, threw in a dash of vintage Europe, and turned it into a wedding venue. From the get-go, the place just oozes personality. You've got walls with hand-painted murals that could have been lifted from a storybook – I’m talking vibrant colors, whimsical scenes, the works. And antlers. And trees indoors. Each room in The Ruins has its own thing going on. One feels like a swanky 1920s lounge, another like a secret garden. We had space to spare, so people could either kick back in a cozy corner or hit the dance floor without stepping on toes. The décor is this wild combo of eclectic and classic – it's like your great aunt’s house if she had more money than cigarettes and if she collected stuff from around the globe and had a killer eye for design. The library is amazing – shelves lined with books, a fireplace that makes you want to curl up with a novel, and this epic swooning couch. So, I might’ve taken inspiration from George Costanza – yep, I did a topless photo shoot on that couch. It was all in good fun, and the photos are a riot – a keepsake that breaks the mold of typical wedding seriousness, just like The Ruins itself. The food was great (but they let you bring in your own desserts so do so if you wanna save some money). The only, minor issue, is the bridal suite's location. It’s right by the kitchen, so it’s kinda like Grand Central at rush hour with the staff buzzing through. Note to brides: Swap it out for the library. Trust me, it’s much less busy (if darker) and you won’t have the kitchen hustle messing with your pre-walk-down-the-aisle zen. Honestly, The Ruins is the kind of place that’s perfect if you want a wedding that's a bit left of center but still super heartfelt. It’s quirky without trying too hard and intimate without being cramped. The whole day felt like us – not stuffy, just a big, fun, love-filled party. The Ruins has many nooks crammed with curiosities and corners begging for a photo op, it’s a place that feels alive. The mix of odd and elegant, the hand-painted walls that seem to whisper tales, the stuff like the enormous elephant (sadly, only in the back back room so only good for wedding photos not the guests) and the patterned horse and much more all adds up to a vibe that’s as unique as your weird cousin, the cool one, not the other one. The Ruins is like that one weird friend who's always got a story to tell and makes everything more fun. Having our wedding there was like a non-stop highlight reel – even with the bridal suite hiccup. It's a place for good vibes, great times, and amazing photos to start your weirdly ever after.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Dockside! The servers, bartenders, and staff were amazing and made sure we always had enough food and drinks. The space (and fortunate weather) put on a great showcase of Seattle to our 81 guests who were all visiting from elsewhere.
