A large 'blank canvas' with lots of natural lighting central to the ceremony venues

Our pavilion offers a custom-made indoor bar, beautiful wood floors throughout, and retractable glass doors to allow more natural light and a more fluid combination indoor/outdoor space. Newly renovated with an enclosed buffet room (with retractable curtain), air conditioning and full heat system, and a cozy indoor fireplace.

I work with Roche Harbor frequently as an island vendor. What I like best about working with them is their approach that service is based on relationships and when it comes to their weddings, everyone on the team, whether its their events team or outside vendors such as myself, are ALL on "team wedding". They go above and beyond to ensure your experience is perfect and tailored to you. They have a consistent core team that knows their role and how to implement it seamlessly so your day unfolds as it should. Yes, the setting is phenomenal, the views are unparalleled but its the people that make your day special.

We absolutely loved working with Roche Harbor. It’s a place that is very close to our hearts and our experience working the wedding team made it even more so. They were so helpful through the planning process - we did not hire an outside planner and definitely do not feel like we needed to. (We had a few extra timelines/planning checklists for our own purposes, though.) They made our wedding a magical day. Absolutely recommend!!

We require all food and beverages to be purchased through Roche Harbor Resort, however, we don't require you to host a bar. Your bar is completely customizable to your vision and budget.

Yes, we have complimentary self-parking available to all registered lodging guests. Parking passes may be purchased for a nominal fee for non-registered guests.

Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible (except for our chapel).

You have access to your ceremony venues starting at 9 am on your big day until the end of your ceremony. You have access to your reception venue starting at 9 am on your big day to 8 am the following morning. Shipwreck Beach rehearsal dinner location access is starting at 1 pm the day of your event to 10pm the same day.

Our deposits are non-refundable at the time of booking, and we ask for the venue fee as your initial deposit. We ask for a 50% payment (of estimated food & beverage) 4 months prior to your wedding day, and the final estimated payment is due 1 month prior to your wedding.

Our Variable Venue Fee includes: Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, linens, PA system & mics, catering equipment, all staffing (including chefs, servers, bartenders, banquet captains), planning team (to assist with layout, rehearsal, menu planning), lodging coordinator, complimentary 2-night room block, complimentary wedding night suite... And SOOO much more!!
