Fireseed Catering founders Dave and Dawn Noble share a 30+ year story that takes them from the heart of the country to both coasts, bringing their mutual passion for good food along the way. Together, they can produce a wide variety of menus, starting with appetizers through to entrees and concluding with desserts. Dave and Dawn shine with both food and tables overflowing with variety, color and most importantly of all, flavor. Since founding Fireseed Catering it has become more than just catering and now solely hosts, coordinates and caters events held at the Fireseed private venue. In order to create the best event for every couple Fireseed does only take on one event a weekend so let us share your special day with you.

An elegantly rustic setting offering couples a Whidbey Island destination experience featuring farm-to-table cuisine and artisan crafted desserts.

Located just 30 minutes from Seattle, Washington, Fireseed Catering is a full service wedding venue featuring a stunning 6200 square foot event barn including a lounge and suites for each bridal party, 10 private acres with intricate floral & vegetable gardens, a newly renovated outdoor bar and lavish landscapes offering endless photo opportunities. We are also the only venue that hosts parties up to 200, includes 3 days of access, day of coordination, no corking fee, and of course mini ponies.

    Fireseed is such a beautiful location and the staff and owners put their all into ensuring you have the smoothest ride, planning and the day of. Everyone kept asking us if wedding planning was stressing us out, I can honestly say Fireseed made it so easy. We only had to book our music, flowers, alcohol, and a couple permits. The rest was all taken care of by Fireseed and their team. I can not recommend it more and knew as soon as I saw the location if I had ties to Whidbey Island I would be getting married there. It's such a special place. Good luck to all you newly engaged lovebirds and remember the cost is worth the ease! Best day of my life, yet! Thanks Dave, Dawn, and Anna!

    Fireseed Catering is easily my favorite venue to work with as a wedding photographer. The grounds are incredibly beautiful, the staff is wonderfully kind and the wedding experience there is truly magical. Everytime I come back Dawn and Dave have added something new to the property. Whether it's a fancy chicken coop or new vegetable boxes in the garden, the attention to detail and care is unparalleled. The thought and love for the property and their clients is also evidenced by the smooth running of the wedding day schedule. And the food! Easily the best wedding food. Dave does a wonderful job working with the clients to create an amazing meal and Dawn's pastry skills are wide ranging and delicious. I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic a venue Fireseed is!

    I have photographed a handful of weddings at Fireseed and every time it is a 10/10 experience. They run a tight ship, but with a relaxed attitude, which I find to be a wonderful combo for vendors, couples and guests. There is always someone nearby who knows what's going on, and as a photographer, I never feel like I have to take on any extra responsibilities (which happens too often at other venues). The property itself is stunning and there are so many areas to take beautiful photos. Dawn & Dave are so good at what they do, and I can't wait for my next wedding at the lovely Fireseed Catering!

    I've been the DJ at several hundred weddings over the last 25 years all around this lovely state. Fireseed is at the top of the list of my favorite venues. It's been especially great to see the evolution of the space over the years. They started off with a beautiful garden, an incredible chef, and a super nice indoor space for dinner and dancing. Good enough wasn't enough as now it has new amazing outdoor areas and great wedding party amenities. They also have event managers built in, so as a DJ I can focus on the music and emceeing. I don't mind the extra ferry ride for a night that I know is going to be well run and really fun. Oh. Almost forgot. The food is up there with anyone in the Northwest. Really, really good. Every time!
