I recently checked out this venue for a wedding tour, and wow, it completely blew me away! The photos don’t even come close to capturing its magic. It’s one of those spots that just feels special the second you step in. Every little detail is so thoughtfully planned, and you can really feel the fresh energy behind it. Sabrina, the manager, was so warm and knowledgeable, and it’s obvious she and the whole team are 100% invested in creating an unforgettable experience. They’re putting in gorgeous upgrades and making sure every inch is on point. Communication has been seamless, super responsive and professional. This place is an absolute gem, and it’s clear it’s in great hands!

We recently had our wedding at Suisun Valley Inn, and overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience. One of the biggest highlights was being able to use the venue for three full days, which gave us extra time to relax and connect with our bridal party and loved ones. That extended access truly made a difference in how special the weekend felt. However, there were a few challenges that did impact our plans. The event barn, which was a key part of our original vision, was unfortunately not finished in time for our wedding. While we understand this was out of the owner’s control, we were disappointed that we were not refunded the full 2,000 deposit, especially since the change affected nearly every aspect of our day. Additionally, when we arrived, we were surprised to find the vineyard had been plowed without any prior notice. This forced another last-minute adjustment to our setup so we wouldn’t be facing a dirt lot. It would have been really helpful to have been told about that in advance. Despite these hiccups, the venue itself has so much potential and charm, and we did have a lovely wedding. I just hope some of these experiences can help future couples plan better or spark a few improvements from the venue for the future.

The staff at the Ranch made planning our wedding a breeze, and I so thoroughly enjoyed working with Suzanne, Michelle, Leon, and the rest of the incredible behind the scenes folks who worked so hard to make our wedding a once-in-a-lifetime event. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure that our wedding was exactly how we envisioned it, and they far exceeded our expectations. From the incredibly bountiful floral arrangements and seemingly infinite decor options to the comfortable rooms and the delicious food (plus the campsites, the no lights out time, the three ceremony sites to choose from, the beautiful patio for welcome drinks...the list goes on!), the Ranch truly has it all. We felt right at home at there, and our guests did too. The staff was very accommodating and on top of things, and they go the extra mile to make sure that everybody has a wonderful time. I am so grateful that I was able to get married at the Ranch at Stoney Creek, and that these lovely people are a part of the story.

I had the pleasure of working at Rancho Victoria Weddings last year, and I was blown away. The surrounding landscape is beautiful, the farmhouse is nice and cozy, the grounds are wonderful, and the staff was friendly and professional. I love how the ceremony and reception sites are separated but not too far away. The bar area is unique, and the vineyards are close by. The Winchester Estate by Wedgewood Weddings was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew it was the perfect place for our fairytale wedding. Taylor, our coordinator, was incredible from the very start. She kept in constant contact, answered every question, and somehow managed to think of things we didn’t even know we needed. She made us feel so heard and cared for every step of the way, and she even ensured that allergies and personal preferences were handled thoughtfully and seamlessly. When Ben took over on the day of the wedding, everything flowed effortlessly. He kept the timeline running smoothly while making sure we could just enjoy the moment. And then there was Drew — our amazing DJ — who truly brought the party to life. He made our music feel personal, got everyone dancing, and even joined in on the fun himself! He somehow managed to keep the little ones entertained (and contained!) when their lightsaber battle got a bit too enthusiastic — a true hero of the night! The entire staff went above and beyond, dancing along with us, smiling, and adding to the energy of the celebration. It never felt like they were just working an event — they were part of it. Their joy matched ours, and that made the night even more unforgettable. Our wedding at Winchester Estate was everything we dreamed of and more. Can’t put into words how great our experience with The Chalet Event Center went throughout our entire wedding planning process! They went above and beyond to walk us through what our big day would look like on the property- from ceremony to reception, they executed our vision and made our dream wedding a night to remember. Bosue, you are an amazing host and thank you for helping us have our dream wedding. Not only did you fulfill all of our wishes, you really came through for us when there was going to be a 59% chance of rain. Most brides have so much on their mind, but you reassured me that there would be a back up plan incase of bad weather (something I failed to think of). It’s the little things like this, that I take away from working with a business. They remember the things we may forget! It’s all in the details! The food was amazing on our wedding night, the kitchen killed it! The bar staff were so friendly, welcoming and helped keep our guests happy! The on site staff, Bosue and Roberto ensured our day went smoothly (timing, everything was set up correctly, and guests were attended to when they needed something). I could go on and on, but my favorite thing was that Bosue had the best communication. Throughout all of my planning, he really accommodated all of my requests and was always available from May 2024 (planning stages) to our big day 10/25/2025. The Chalet is a beautiful place to host an event, whether an outdoor ceremony or inside reception- they truly went above and beyond to make our day special. And with that being said, I highly recommend this event space and the staff here. I honestly don't know if I have enough time to write all my favorite things about Palisades Tahoe. I have worked at this venue for last 7 years. They quickly became one of my favorite venues to work at, either at High Camp, OVL or many of their other amazing locations like Base Camp, Rocker, Plaza bar etc. They feel like family, the planning staff there are top notch, they truly know how to take care of their clients. The catering staff goes above and beyond for each couple we have together, their food DELICIOUS in all aspects of appetizers, plated or buffet and some of the real show stoppers are done by their pastry chef Cortney. On the wedding day, they are so attentive and work their bums off to make sure that our couples have thee most amazing experiences. I constantly commend them for their professionalism and support through the process to the couples we have together because of the attention to detail and care. It also doesn't hurt that they have some of the most incredible views of Lake Tahoe from High Camp, or beautiful mountains from the garden at OVL and the village. I feel so lucky to be able to work with so many incredible couples on the mountain. If you are looking for a venue, you will not be disappointed with Palisades Tahoe. (Trust me, I work with a lot of venues and they are top of my list!)

We recently had our wedding at the Olympic valley stables and it was incredible. The venue offers lots of flexibility so it was awesome to create a day that felt unique to us, which included a shot-ski, beer donkeys, and a light up dance floor. The views from the venue are unlike anything else and every single one of your guests will tell you how beautiful it is. Yes it is all outside but with a few thoughtful touches we were able to keep every one warm through out the night. Mich was great to work with and really went above and beyond. If you are looking for a truly magical venue that you can make feel like yourself, I would highly recommend.

Estate Farms is a very beautiful venue. You can do so much with it. I hosted my wedding here in October of 2025 and loved it! Eugene, the owner, is very communicative and was great to work with. Any time I had a question, he would text back right away. Really great guy. The only complaint I have is that the day of my wedding, all the bathrooms broke down and had to direct people to the farmhouse. We let the owner know, he was on the premises, but unfortunately, nothing was done. It was disappointing, but I am very happy with the overall experience. Would book again.
