We recently had our wedding at Suisun Valley Inn, and overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience. One of the biggest highlights was being able to use the venue for three full days, which gave us extra time to relax and connect with our bridal party and loved ones. That extended access truly made a difference in how special the weekend felt. However, there were a few challenges that did impact our plans. The event barn, which was a key part of our original vision, was unfortunately not finished in time for our wedding. While we understand this was out of the owner’s control, we were disappointed that we were not refunded the full 2,000 deposit, especially since the change affected nearly every aspect of our day. Additionally, when we arrived, we were surprised to find the vineyard had been plowed without any prior notice. This forced another last-minute adjustment to our setup so we wouldn’t be facing a dirt lot. It would have been really helpful to have been told about that in advance. Despite these hiccups, the venue itself has so much potential and charm, and we did have a lovely wedding. I just hope some of these experiences can help future couples plan better or spark a few improvements from the venue for the future.

When my fiancé and I were looking for a venue for our wedding, we had a certain budget in mind that we didn't want to break and the price here was very reasonable for such a beautiful and unique venue. We also wanted a place that could hold a big wedding party in a fun town where all of the wedding party could explore before and after the event. So The Hanford Garden checked all of the boxes for us. Between the unique layout of the property and the lush greenery and flowers scattered all throughout, I pretty much knew right away it was going to be our venue when I first laid eyes upon it. We had the best time at our wedding and Sabrina (The owner) was very helpful and attentive with all of our needs before the big day, so we're very thankful for that. She even helped when one of my Groomsmen left his shoes at the venue by shipping them back to us haha All in all, its an amazing venue and the location is so nice out in Sutter Creek where you and your friends and family will have a great time during all of the festivities. Everything is within walking distance from hotels/venue/bars which is also a huge plus.

Our wedding at the Ranch at Stoney Creek was nothing short of AMAZING! Our guests had the best time, and LOVED the venue (as did we). The venue is spectacularly beautiful, and the team there were so helpful with organizing EVERYTHING! They provided us with beautiful decor and floral arrangements, an amazing wedding planner, and recommendations for catering and wine vendors in the area. We were even able to have some guests camp on site in beautiful "glamping" tents, which was absolutely awesome (and what we wanted since were were looking for guests to have camping options). Additionally, we were able to stay with our family, onsite, in their beautiful guest-rooms, while other guests were able to stay at adorable Air BnB's and Hotels in the area. Everyone that attended our wedding said it was the "Best wedding they had been to!" Our wedding was everything we wanted and more thank you to the team at The Ranch at Stoney Creek!

The communication with the Monte Verde Inn wasn't the best, but they did get back to us when we needed them. However, the venue itself was a great value for the space. We had multiple meetings with our coordinator to make sure all the details were correct. They handled all the setup and decor, so we just had to show up on the day. The vendors all delivered directly to the venue, so we didn't have to worry about anything not arriving. They really went above and beyond to make our day special in ways that other venues often don't. The house and grounds felt like having a beautiful backyard wedding, with plenty of space to host all our guests. I spent a lot of time getting ready in the large bridal suite with my family. We brought in some of our own drinks and food to the bridal suite which they allow. The staff made sure we had everything we needed on the day and took care of all the setup and breakdown. The food was amazing and the bar was fully stocked. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this venue to other couples.

You cannot go wrong with this venue. The property was ideal and could be scaled to meet the needs of our wedding and reception. I cannot say enough about Elaine and her family, making themselves available to us throughout the planning stage. They also made sure we had everything in place for the day of the event. Make sure you tour the cottage and consider renting it for your event. It made the day perfect for getting ready and we spent our wedding night there.

This was the most amazing & perfect day for us! We are still reliving this day & so happy with how everything turned out. Not only is Winchester CC so beautiful & breathtaking, it’s the perfect venue for us golf lovers as well! My parents went to look at the venue before us without an appointment and the WW team toured them around as if they had one! Amazing customer service! We were sold on the venue right after we toured it & put a deposit down right away! All of the girls are so professional & really want to make your dream wedding come true! I highly recommend attending one of their wedding faires as it’s a great time to speak with your other vendors, see what additional add-ons there might be & even win a raffle prize like us!! The service was amazing from the very beginning to the end. They even allowed us to bring an ice sculpture that was a wedding present to us, they never have dealt with one before but were totally open and willing! Taylor our Coordinator was the best! She rocked it!! She knew we wanted an outdoor wedding, the rain stopped 40 minutes before our ceremony and she was wiping each chair down from the rain. Kayla was great too, making sure we had everything and was comfortable the whole night! I cant recommend WW enough, honestly wedding of our dreams!! We have had many people say it was the best wedding they have ever been to!!

Can’t put into words how great our experience with The Chalet Event Center went throughout our entire wedding planning process! They went above and beyond to walk us through what our big day would look like on the property- from ceremony to reception, they executed our vision and made our dream wedding a night to remember. Bosue, you are an amazing host and thank you for helping us have our dream wedding. Not only did you fulfill all of our wishes, you really came through for us when there was going to be a 59% chance of rain. Most brides have so much on their mind, but you reassured me that there would be a back up plan incase of bad weather (something I failed to think of). It’s the little things like this, that I take away from working with a business. They remember the things we may forget! It’s all in the details! The food was amazing on our wedding night, the kitchen killed it! The bar staff were so friendly, welcoming and helped keep our guests happy! The on site staff, Bosue and Roberto ensured our day went smoothly (timing, everything was set up correctly, and guests were attended to when they needed something). I could go on and on, but my favorite thing was that Bosue had the best communication. Throughout all of my planning, he really accommodated all of my requests and was always available from May 2024 (planning stages) to our big day 10/25/2025. The Chalet is a beautiful place to host an event, whether an outdoor ceremony or inside reception- they truly went above and beyond to make our day special. And with that being said, I highly recommend this event space and the staff here. Olympic Village Event Center located mountainside with an outdoor Summer/Fall garden area for the ceremony, adjacent deck for cocktail hour and evening firepits, and indoor lodge style reception with stunning mountain views, existing market & twinkle lights, and a big fireplace. Available year-round. High Camp located on the mountaintop. This venue offers an incredible experience for you and your guests, and also has Lake Tahoe views! The ceremony and social hour will be on the outside observation deck and the reception is indoors with the same lake view and sweeping mountain scape. Available April – early December.

Planning a multi-day Indian wedding is challenging, but planning a destination Indian wedding in Tahoe came with an incredible number of benefits and challenges. Somehow, the wedding and event coordination team at Palisades managed to take on 200 out-of-town guests and 3 days of events and turn it into the best weekend of our lives! From the attentive guest experience for our friends and family staying on-site to curating a brand new Indian fusion menu for our mountaintop Sangeet, Mercedes and her team went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Our guests are still talking about how incredible our locations were (Sangeet at High Camp, Ceremony in front of Olympic Valley Lodge and Reception inside the lodge) and I still can't believe how lucky we were to find our dream venue. Every single person we worked with went out of their way to work with us and our families and did it with the most positive, professional and proactive mentality that made us feel so comfortable and excited. We recently had our wedding at the Olympic valley stables and it was incredible. The venue offers lots of flexibility so it was awesome to create a day that felt unique to us, which included a shot-ski, beer donkeys, and a light up dance floor. The views from the venue are unlike anything else and every single one of your guests will tell you how beautiful it is. Yes it is all outside but with a few thoughtful touches we were able to keep every one warm through out the night. Mich was great to work with and really went above and beyond. If you are looking for a truly magical venue that you can make feel like yourself, I would highly recommend.

The Tahoe Gal is an iconic 120 passenger paddle wheeler located in Lake Tahoe, California, The Tahoe Gal cruises daily to Emerald Bay and along the North and West Shores of Lake Tahoe. Estate Farms is a very beautiful venue. You can do so much with it. I hosted my wedding here in October of 2025 and loved it! Eugene, the owner, is very communicative and was great to work with. Any time I had a question, he would text back right away. Really great guy. The only complaint I have is that the day of my wedding, all the bathrooms broke down and had to direct people to the farmhouse. We let the owner know, he was on the premises, but unfortunately, nothing was done. It was disappointing, but I am very happy with the overall experience. Would book again.

As wedding photographers, my husband and I have worked at just about every venue in the Sacramento and Sierra Foothills area—so when it came time to plan our own wedding, we didn’t even have to think twice. River Highlands Ranch was the one. The venue is seriously stunning. The barn has an elegant, elevated feel, but it’s still totally relaxed and surrounded by vineyards, gardens, rolling hills, and open space that just makes you breathe easier. We had a small wedding and did our ceremony under the oak tree, and it was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and gorgeous. There were SO many great spots for photos- the garden, vineyards, orchard, stream, pond, rolling hills, and of course the barn with it's huge green doors and beautiful vines surrounding the doorways. One of the biggest perks was how much was already included. Beautiful farm tables, lounge furniture, cocktail tables, draping, lighting—it all looked amazing and saved us so much money (and stress). We also loved that we could bring our own alcohol. The staff were also awesome. Everyone was kind, helpful, and made sure things ran smoothly so we could actually enjoy the day. Our guests loved the space—and even in the middle of summer, the fire pit was a hit. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that’s beautiful, easy, and has everything you need without a ton of extra work, I can’t recommend River Highlands Ranch enough.

Our experience working with Alibi Ale Works was so beautiful. Everything ended up working out so easily, I'm sure with a lot of work on Alibi's end. We loved working with Sophia especially - her attention to detail, her soothing nature, and her genuine kindness made this experience amazing. Along with that, the location was perfect and the food was wonderful. One of the things that made us decide on Alibi vs competitors is that basically everything we needed except the photographer was included (and they even offered up some photo contacts we could use). We got the ceremony and reception in the space, they provided food and drink, they moved furniture around to make us a dance floor, and Sophia even acted as our DJ (kind of - we made a playlist and she hit play at the right times lol). The pricing for the prime location in Incline Village was a huge part of the reason we chose Alibi, but the good vibes and the comforting ambience really put it over the top. All our family and friends complimented us on the venue, and we couldn't have been any happier with it. Everything was perfect, and if we could do it again at Alibi, we would.
