Description

While our standard booking runs from Friday through midday Sunday, we are happy to offer flexibility to suit your schedule. This rate includes all amenities mentioned below. For an additional $300, you may add day-of access to the house (8 AM – 11 PM) for your wedding party. This gives you access to two floors, including 3 guest rooms, a master suite, two full bathrooms, and common areas; please note this is for day-use only and does not include overnight accommodations.

As an all-outdoor venue we only accommodate events from mid-May through mid-October.

Yes. We are happy to schedule you a tour, just give us a call!

Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests.

We offer the option to rent the house for $300 on the day of your wedding, from 8am-11pm. The house rental includes two guest rooms and a master suite with ensuite bathroom on the second floor, a full bathroom downstairs, a guest room, and use of the common areas on the first floor.

No, we do not have an in-house DJ or catering. We can provide you with a list of our recommended DJs and caterers in the area.

Yes, however, hard-liquor in the form of shots and neat drinks is only permitted for one hour directly after your ceremony. After the "cocktail hour", the hard liquor must be served as mixed drinks.

Yes, we do ask that you provide your own event liability insurance. This can easily be done online with an events insurance agency, or as an event-rider on your current policy.

Yes, we have staffed on-site parking where guests will be directed on where they can park their car.

We do not have a peak season, and prices are the same throughout our season, which spans mid-May through mid-October.
