My couples always have the best experience at River Highlands Ranch! From the venue manager and staff taking care of all the behind the scenes setup to working with all the vendors to make sure everything is perfect! Everyone is so prefessional yet friendly, and you feel like you're surrounded by friends! The surrounding gardens and mini vineyard are decor in and of themselves, and the bridal party can get ready upstairs or in the cabin! I would highly recommend River Highlands Ranch to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free wedding venue.

Looking for a barn, but don't want your guests to smell like hay and manure by the time cocktail hour starts? River Highlands Ranch is a sophisticated barn venue (with a vineyard) designed for events and an elevated guest experience. Beautiful ceremony site, a stunning lawn area for cocktail hour, and a modern barn with AC for dinner. Getting married in the summer? YOU NEED AC! Dancing can happen inside or outside on the cement patio. Cafe lighting included. Btw, I'm a wedding DJ who has DJed at 100s of venues. RHR is always a beautiful experience with a professional staff.

You may bring your own alcohol with no corkage fees. We allow beer, wine, champagne, and 2 pre-approved signature cocktails. Alcohol must be served by one of our preferred bartenders or caterers.

Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible. Our venue operates with a single, ground floor.

Fees quoted include events for up to 125 guests. Each additional 25 guests is $325, up to a total of 250 guests (or whatever is outlined on your contract.) Access to full grounds, barn, gardens and vineyards. Draping, and indoor lighting with modern chandeliers. Fire-pit, including wood and staff to tend. Onsite hosts to assist. Set up and tear down of ceremony chairs and tables. 17 Farm Tables, 185 wooden chairs, 7 cocktail tables, 3 console tables, Onsite bridal suite - 2 bathrooms, full-kitchen, and bar. Free parking lot and shuttle for ladies with heels. Restrooms for up to 125 guests. Catering and prep kitchen and more!

- You will have access to the venue at 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. on the day of your event (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) - 1 Hour for rehearsal allotted the day prior (time pending venue availability) - Early access to enter the barn & suite at 9:00 a.m. on the day of your event for an additional fee of $500

Terms are outlined in your contract, with booking and deposit to secure date.

Event insurance policy with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability is required. River Highlands Ranch LLC. must be listed as the additional insured. The average cost is ~$100, please let us know if you need assistance with coverage provider recommendations.
