The icing on the cake was they were also able to create and deliver our floral arrangements, which was a HUGE bonus. Our flowers looked incredible and worked perfectly with our aesthetic. We were able to hand off all of our signage and decor and they put everything together beautifully. They went above and beyond by making a special arrangement of our first dance song. We wanted to practice dancing to their rendition before the big day, so Emily shared a recording of it with us which was extremely helpful. Emily is a true professional, helping us organize all of the details and logistics in addition to emceeing for the evening and bringing her gorgeous singing voice, and each member of the band brings their own talents and flair. I cannot recommend them enough. Live music at a wedding is a top-notch experience for you and your guests and you won’t regret hiring the Cosmo Alleycats for your special day.

We had a wonderful wedding - the Wedgewood team helped us create a meaningful ceremony and reception. The pictures online do not do this place justice - you have to see it for yourself! The grounds are beautiful; we had our ceremony at the pavilion and our reception in the garden area / in their indoor hall area. The venue definitely felt like a fairy / cottage core dream to me! Wedgewood also vendors that work with them and provide really excellent services - florals, music, cakes. If you want to have an awesome wedding and reduce your stress, I would check this place out.

My wife and I went in search of an incredible wedding band and we found it with Ruby Wedding and Party Band. The whole team, from the lead singers to the sound and light techs, was amazing to work with. Every step of the way they were courteous, on top of the details, and available to hop on a Zoom or respond to an email with our venue and our wedding planner. They took it upon themselves to make sure power and sound were all taken care of *and* they even tried to make sure we had tenting for the outdoor wedding (it wasn't even their job) just to take a load off of our plate. I'd hire this band again and again, and, if they'll do it for our 5 or 10 year wedding anniversary. Thanks!

We just had our wedding at Sequoyah this past weekend. Everything was perfect. The venue itself is stunning. It is such a beautiful setting for a wedding. We had our ceremony on the lawn and the reception inside. We spent the day getting ready on site and my entire bridal party kept commenting on how nice everything was. My dream was to get married amongst the redwoods and I cannot wait to see the photos from the day. The food was next level. When I say the food was delicious, I don't mean "for a wedding". We had many guests compliment the food. I have a friend who is an admitted "steak snob". She made sure I knew how good the filet was. Finally, the entire staff was wonderful to work with. We originally met with Andrea who showed us the venue. She was a big reason we chose Sequoyah. Andrea and Sally were helpful and flexible throughout the planning process. They were very responsive and made the process as easy as it could be. We hired a month-of coordinator who agreed they were wonderful. I would also like to mention Emma, who was so thoughtful and kind throughout the evening. After the wedding, I mentioned some of the nice things Emma did to my family and bridal party. Others had similar stories. She truly went above-and-beyond. I cannot recommend Sequoyah enough. They gave me the perfect wedding experience!

She also helped a ton with planning the full schedule for the day and had a good sense of how long each thing would take. And on the day-of she put out sooo many fires- unexpected guests showing up, adding an extra reception table, grabbing the vows that I forgot in the car last minute, coordinating with all the vendors. And every event was exactly on time and perfectly smooth. Even if you're doing a mostly DIY or budget wedding- day-of coordination is sooo worth it and I highly recommend Perfection Unlimited. They're super professional, calm, and kind. So grateful to their team for all their hard work.

I’d been interested in incorporating live painting into our wedding for a while but struggled to find someone available and within our budget. On my MIL's recommendation, I decided to take another look—and I’m so glad I found Jane. Having her live paint at our wedding was an incredible experience. Our guests were captivated as they watched her create during the ceremony and throughout the evening. As it turned out, we had a lot in common personally and creatively—she’s also planning her own wedding—which made working together feel serendipitous. From our first conversation to meeting her in person on our wedding day, everything just clicked. Jane completed the painting so quickly! Due to our honeymoon, we didn’t get to see it in person until about a month after the wedding, but it was well worth the wait. The painting is stunning and now hangs across from our bed, where it serves as a daily reminder of our special day. Jane is incredibly creative and collaborative. Also, she traveled from NY to Northern Virginia for the day! She even offered great advice on sizing and framing, helping us choose the perfect option for our space. The live painting experience was truly one-of-a-kind, but I’d absolutely work with her again on other projects, like her beautiful pet or architectural paintings.

Leading up to the wedding, I worked a lot with Cleodia. She was very kind, professional, and understanding whenever I had question or had to make changes to the plan. 2 months before my wedding, I had a problem with my venue and Cleodia was a great help. She helped me remain calm during my panic, helped me find possible new venues, and worked with me to create a quick solution to a major problem. I honestly don't think I would have found a new venue without Cleodia's help and I am very grateful. I would 100% recommend MidSummer Kitchen for all your catering needs. I was born and raised in the East Bay Area (minus my years at Chico State!). I have been married to my wife for 13 years and am a proud girl-dad to my 11-year-old daughter. My real love of photography began in 8th grade when I took my first photography class. That first moment in the dark room when I saw my first photos come to life was magical and from that moment I was hooked. To this day, I experience that same magic as I capture special moments and create lasting images for my clients – it is that magic, my love of people and sharing in their joy that fuels my creativity and passion for my work.

We hired Nathalia Rose Events as the month of coordinator for our wedding reception, and are so grateful we did! We were so overwhelmed at first (est. guest count was 400), however, Natalie and her team were simply amazing. From providing feedback to reassuring us about all of the little last minute curve balls and potatoes, Natalie seemed to always know what we were thinking and what we needed. She was extremely organized and communicated clearly with us and our vendors to make sure we were all on the same page the night of our event. We could not have had the night we had without Natalie and her team. She is so incredibly kind, caring, and absolutely killed it when it came to helping us bring our vision to life on the day of our event. My guests also had nothing but good things to say about how well organized everything was, and I cannot recommend Nathalia Rose Events enough.

Sonya was amazing, she photographed our engagement and our Indian wedding ceremony. Even without being totally familiar with the parts of the ceremony, she captured all the pivotal moments beautifully. she is very intuitive and made us feel very comfortable. We loved the slide show she put together with the photos from our day, and sent it to our families who watch it on repeat. We can't recommend her enough, she is not only artistic, but a really nice person which made it so much easier. She was also able to keep our rowdy families in-line for the group photos.

Ditto and his assistant showed up early and started taking amazing photos right off the bat. The pre-wedding communication was timely. He was easy to work with and brought calm energy to a day when stress can permeate the fun out of it. We immediately received a high volume, beautiful sneak peak the evening after the wedding which was a fun surprise and a great way to start our honeymoon admiring the gorgeous photos.
