Sunrose Floral is an Oakland florist specializing in unique flower arrangements for all occasions! We offer free consultations, floral design for all sizes/types of weddings & events, and delivery/installation throughout the Bay Area. Becca Sweetman founded Sunrose Floral in 2019, after more than a decade of floral industry experience in the East Bay and San Francisco.

Becca is inspired by the solitary beauty in each stem & leaf, which she strives to highlight in each arrangement. Her signature style is wild, yet romantic and elegant, and always thoughtfully designed for the space and occasion.

    Great Experience

    We used Sunrose Floral for our March 2020 wedding in Oakland and we had a great experience! We were super happy with how everything turned out. The arrangements and bouquets were beautiful and fit our vision and budget perfectly. We got so many compliments on the flowers! Becca was really easy to work with and had a great eye for what would look best. I appreciated how they accommodated my special request for small touches, like flowers on the cake and signs. We would definitely go with them again!

We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding counties. We charge for delivery & installation based on the distance from our shop and the installation services required.
Our minimum for full service (with delivery and installation) is $5,000. We do not have a minimum for pickup or local drop-off delivery.
Consultations last approximately 45 minutes. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers (this can include a Pinterest board, images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, or photos from social media). After your consultation, we will send you a proposal.
Yes! For full-service events, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day.
Yes! The mockup is an optional additional cost. After the contract is signed, we can provide one mockup, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to create this between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.
During your consultation, we will go over all the gorgeous in-season floral offerings available for your wedding date. We love supporting local growers and regional flowers and greenery!
Yes! We often provide candles or other decor. We can go over the design & decor details during the consultation.
