Vybe Society played at my August wedding in Sonoma, and they were outstanding! Guests are still raving about them months later. Highlights: 1. Phenomenal musicianship, with every member giving 100%, especially the lead singer who truly carried the night. 2. Perfect song selection, starting with classics for the older crowd and shifting to modern hits for the younger guests. 3. The lead singer also did a fantastic job as MC, keeping the evening flowing smoothly. In short, I couldn't have asked for a better band for my wedding. Highly recommended!

We hired Sabores Komali to cater my mom’s 60th birthday party and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, they were incredibly easy to communicate and organize with, super professional and responsive. The food was so good! We had a mix of small bites and a taco bar. The shrimp ceviche, empanadas, and esquites were all huge hits with our guests. My whole family couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. The taco bar was also delicious, with a variety of toppings and satisfying protein options that really made the meal feel curated to our taste. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt really well taken care of. You can feel the love and care Sabores Komali puts into their food and service. Highly recommend for any special event!

We just had our wedding at Sequoyah this past weekend. Everything was perfect. The venue itself is stunning. It is such a beautiful setting for a wedding. We had our ceremony on the lawn and the reception inside. We spent the day getting ready on site and my entire bridal party kept commenting on how nice everything was. My dream was to get married amongst the redwoods and I cannot wait to see the photos from the day. The food was next level. When I say the food was delicious, I don't mean "for a wedding". We had many guests compliment the food. I have a friend who is an admitted "steak snob". She made sure I knew how good the filet was. Finally, the entire staff was wonderful to work with. We originally met with Andrea who showed us the venue. She was a big reason we chose Sequoyah. Andrea and Sally were helpful and flexible throughout the planning process. They were very responsive and made the process as easy as it could be. We hired a month-of coordinator who agreed they were wonderful. I would also like to mention Emma, who was so thoughtful and kind throughout the evening. After the wedding, I mentioned some of the nice things Emma did to my family and bridal party. Others had similar stories. She truly went above-and-beyond. I cannot recommend Sequoyah enough. They gave me the perfect wedding experience!

She also helped a ton with planning the full schedule for the day and had a good sense of how long each thing would take. And on the day-of she put out sooo many fires- unexpected guests showing up, adding an extra reception table, grabbing the vows that I forgot in the car last minute, coordinating with all the vendors. And every event was exactly on time and perfectly smooth. Even if you're doing a mostly DIY or budget wedding- day-of coordination is sooo worth it and I highly recommend Perfection Unlimited. They're super professional, calm, and kind. So grateful to their team for all their hard work.

Communication was so easy - quick responses, easy to understand, and always professional. The Midsummer catering crew during my wedding were also very professional and kind. Leading up to the wedding, I worked a lot with Cleodia. She was very kind, professional, and understanding whenever I had question or had to make changes to the plan. 2 months before my wedding, I had a problem with my venue and Cleodia was a great help. She helped me remain calm during my panic, helped me find possible new venues, and worked with me to create a quick solution to a major problem. I honestly don't think I would have found a new venue without Cleodia's help and I am very grateful. I would 100% recommend MidSummer Kitchen for all your catering needs. We were feeling overwhelmed with all of the details that still needed ironed out those last few weeks leading up the wedding, and Sam was so helpful in getting everything organized, and really put us at ease. She took control of communication with all our vendors (venue, photographer, caterer, DJ, florist) and ensured our special day had a well planned schedule that ran seamlessly. Sam was so hands-on throughout the entire process. We did multiple zoom calls to go over details and questions, and she did a walk through of the venue with us a few weeks prior. She helped us organize our rehearsal to ensure the ceremony had the right timing and flow. And she helped us perfectly execute it on the day of. We hired Nathalia Rose Events as the month of coordinator for our wedding reception, and are so grateful we did! We were so overwhelmed at first (est. guest count was 400), however, Natalie and her team were simply amazing. From providing feedback to reassuring us about all of the little last minute curve balls and potatoes, Natalie seemed to always know what we were thinking and what we needed. She was extremely organized and communicated clearly with us and our vendors to make sure we were all on the same page the night of our event. We could not have had the night we had without Natalie and her team. She is so incredibly kind, caring, and absolutely killed it when it came to helping us bring our vision to life on the day of our event. My guests also had nothing but good things to say about how well organized everything was, and I cannot recommend Nathalia Rose Events enough.

If we could give 10 stars we would. Fairview Metropolitan is truly a magical location. The sunset we had the evening of our event was breathtaking. Fairview Metropolitan is a full set up/service venue which was one of our deciding factors to have our daughter's quinceañera there. It is easy to access and has ample parking. The venue was spacious for our 180 guests and there was ample room to dance. The service was TOP-NOTCH. We loved working with both Trish Sena and Angela Muse, who made this process so easy and memorable. They were so easy to talk to and work with. Both worked so hard to go above and beyond to make our daughter's vision a fairytale reality. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Making our event spectacular. Several of our guests mentioned how this was the event of the year. We never felt pressured (as we did at some other locations) or overcharged. Chef Maria did an amazing job with the food. Our daughter is an extremely picky eater, went back for seconds (which NEVER happens). So many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was. I had two relatives call after the quinceañera to ask who the food caterer was so they could book them for their upcoming gatherings. We had two bartenders working that day who were delightful. Both were quick, polite and pleasant. The Banquet Captain Kiki was on point. She didn’t skip a beat. We are still dizzy with delight as to how perfect and dazzling our event was and we owe it all to Fairview Metropolitan.

Sonya was amazing, she photographed our engagement and our Indian wedding ceremony. Even without being totally familiar with the parts of the ceremony, she captured all the pivotal moments beautifully. she is very intuitive and made us feel very comfortable. We loved the slide show she put together with the photos from our day, and sent it to our families who watch it on repeat. We can't recommend her enough, she is not only artistic, but a really nice person which made it so much easier. She was also able to keep our rowdy families in-line for the group photos.

Ditto and his assistant showed up early and started taking amazing photos right off the bat. The pre-wedding communication was timely. He was easy to work with and brought calm energy to a day when stress can permeate the fun out of it. We immediately received a high volume, beautiful sneak peak the evening after the wedding which was a fun surprise and a great way to start our honeymoon admiring the gorgeous photos. In April 2023, my husband and I were fortunate enough to have our wedding at the beautiful Monk Ranch in Dixon, California. Monk Ranch offers an idyllic and serene setting for any wedding celebration. The property is thoughtfully designed to accommodate both the ceremony and reception, providing ample space for guests to enjoy the stunning surroundings. We were particularly taken by the romantic ambiance created by the rustic elegance of the barn, which served as the perfect location for our reception. Gail was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first interaction, her dedication to making our wedding day flawless was evident. Her warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease and allowed us to focus on celebrating our love. Our guests were just as impressed with the venue and Gail's exceptional service.
