“If anyone were to ask me what my favorite part of my wedding was I’d have to say “Black Walnut Farm!” What a remarkable experience it has been to work with Sarah, Jim, Lish, Lindsey, and of course, Miss Lilly! My partner and I didn’t even bother viewing another venue because we could instantly feel how special the BWF property was — we called 30 minutes after our tour and said we were ready for the contract and deposit. Even still Black Walnut Farm far exceeded our expectations! Everything about this venue is so thoughtfully curated and managed. There is just so much care and consideration that has gone into every inch of this very special place! My partner and I decided to have a “honeymoon” week during the week of the wedding; we chose to have the extended package where we stayed on the property just the two of us. Unwinding in front of the fireplace while playing chess and drinking wine was such a lovely way to relax the night before. The sunroom is the perfect place for getting ready the morning of the wedding! After our wedding (in lieu of an after party) we just asked to have the hot tub ready for us, which was the best move ever! Most importantly, the BWF team were so kind and patient, cool and collected. In the face of some extreme family drama and chaotic spring weather they always rolled with the punches. I felt that I could trust them fully and always felt safe and cared for. I was not afraid to defer to their expertise in the midst of the chaos, and I do not regret any of those decisions! In fact, the backup rain plan ended up being better than the original plan! Thank you again, Black Walnut Farm. You have created something so very, very special and we will be eternally grateful!”

There was an immediate sense of warmth and magic that made it feel incredibly special to us. We didn’t even tour a single other venue! “We were married on 5/10/25 & I still am beaming ear to ear about my experience at Minerals Hotel. From the moment we stepped on the property to view the venue, we knew it was special. Rachel greeted us and gave us the grand tour & made us feel so comfortable. Her bubbly personality and enthusiasm for the space and everything they had to offer really sold us. We fell in love with everything. I did not realize my experience would be getting that much better with Dana as my coordinator. She went above and beyond to help us. She answered any and all of questions, she gave me honest feedback, and always put my needs ahead of anything else. She’s a professional & a saint. My whole experience as a bride was made better from her being there for us throughout the whole experience. Our wedding day went extremely smooth & I don’t know if it would have went that way without her and her team. Our wedding weekend was everything we could have wanted and more. The minerals hotel staff took care of everything and made everyone feel so comfortable. I cannot tell you how many people are still texting us about how amazing everything was and how they want to find more excuses to come to this hotel & have another event. For the weekend, we opted for a welcome party for all of our guests the night before & offered snacks and a cash bar in the diamond room- it really set the scene for the whole weekend. Our bartender that night kept the drinks flowing and everyone had the best time. The late night snacks were really good too. We also opted for a farewell brunch the day after the wedding in the same room and it was perfect. The breakfast buffet is unmatched & was much needed after a night of partying. We got married in the Sweetgrass Pavilion at Minerals hotel and it was perfect. Not only is the pavilion itself beautifully designed but the staff were on top of everything. They made sure that everyone had what they needed (which was a lot for a 180 person wedding) and were so organized. Our lovely bridal assistant, Kya, made sure my husband & I ate, were hydrated and even had to do a quick tailoring job for me to make my dress more comfortable to dance in haha. The dance floor was perfect for a big dance party, the chicken roulade & filet mignon were divine, and the bartenders made a fabulous lemon drop martini (my choice haha) There was not one thing I could say wrong about the whole night. The makeup artists (Marisol and Leah) and hairstylist (Caitlin) that we hired from the salon at Minerals were INCREDIBLE. Every single girl looked absolutely beautiful. A big concern when hiring was seeing how the makeup artists worked on mature skin & hooded eyes- they knocked it out of the park. These girls are extremely talented . The cocktail hour was amazing. Everyone was impressed with the food (also Kya wrapped up all the food for us so the day after the wedding my husband & I were able to try everything we weren’t able to- it was such a nice treat) & the after party pool party was so much fun (I highly recommend booking the pool, your guests, & you, will love it…and the after party churros- everyone ate those up). After the princess treatment we received at minerals hotel, I don’t think anyone should get married anywhere else. Dana, Kya, Rachel, & the rest of the minerals team made my dream wedding into a reality bigger than what I could have imagined for myself. Do not hesitate, book this venue, you will be so glad you did.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Blooming Hill Farm! From the stunning location, to the amazing staff, the incredible food, and the overall energy – everything was beyond what we could have dreamed of. We instantly fell in love with the beautifully curated, elegant farm setting. From the back field ceremony locations to the gorgeous white canvas, wooden-beam tent (and everything in between!), it was pure magic. We actually said yes to BHF without even trying the food first—and wow, we are still getting compliments on it from guests almost a year later! The fresh, farm-to-table dishes were absolutely unforgettable. The Staff: We were so lucky to work with Kate as our point person. Wow—she was outstanding. Having worked in the wedding industry myself, I know how rare it is to find someone like her. The attention, care, and professionalism she brought before, during, and even after our wedding was such a relief. From countless emails and planning meetings to the weekend-of setup, Kate and her team handled everything with ease. She made our day so smooth and peaceful—I truly couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. As a very DIY bride, I came in with lots of personal touches—guest book, memorial table, reception centerpieces, and more. Kate didn’t miss a beat. She and her team set everything up beautifully and brought my vision to life with so much care and thoughtfulness. I knew once I handed everything over, it was in the best possible hands. Our day was perfect. I know so many people say that, but I wholeheartedly believe Kate and the BHF team played a huge role in making it so. I cannot recommend Blooming Hill Farm, the team, and especially Kate enough!”

We wanted to share the food we love and enjoy with our family and friends. We have been to so many weddings where the food was just underwhelming. Alan's did not disappoint. We still receive so many comments on how much the food was enjoyed and the People at Alan's worked very hard to make sure our day went smooth and we were left satisfied. “Absolutely magical. Getting married at Rushmore Estate was like stepping into a dream. From the moment we arrived at the grand gated entry to our lakeside bonfire after-party, everything was beyond what I ever imagined. The property is stunning, with 50 acres of pure serenity, scenic views, trails, and that private lake? Unreal. The staff was incredible—so helpful, patient, and genuinely dedicated to bringing our vision to life. What really set the experience apart was how thoughtful and accommodating they were from start to finish. Months before the wedding, they helped coordinate an amazing bachelorette weekend for me and my bridesmaids. They arranged airport pickups, planned day trips into the city, and even recommended a walking trail right on the property. The night before the wedding, we had a peaceful slumber party in one of the estate’s suites. No stress, just laughter, wine, and the kind of calm I never thought possible before a wedding. Every single detail, from the day trips to the fire pit after-party, was handled with care. If you're looking for a venue that’s elegant, relaxing, and full of heart, Rushmore Estate is it.”

“We started the wedding planning process by starting to look at venues. Falkirk was the first venue we had toured and immediately fell in love with it. From seeing the golf course, the waterfall, the gazebo, and incredible views, it was breathtaking and we imagined ourselves getting married there immediately. We met with Andrea during our tour, and had the pleasure of getting to work with her throughout our planning process, and was absolutely incredible on the day of our wedding! She made herself available to answer our (many) questions, going over timelines, and ensuring that our vision and dreams for the day came true. They had it all, from phenomenal staff to incredible food, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the entire wedding weekend. Andrea was an absolute gem to work with, and made sure everything we dreamed of came true. And when we got the opportunity to have fireworks during our reception?! To this day, we have friends and family still talking about the firework show. Andrea worked seamlessly with other vendors and the firework staff to make sure it was a surprise show that no one would forget. Our wedding day was a dream, and we are so glad we had it at the Falkirk Estate and Country Club. We are so incredibly happy we got the pleasure to work with them, and would recommend any couples that are starting the wedding planning process, to reach out to them.”

“Rock Island was the best decision we could have ever made. Our experience was 110% perfect from start to finish. From our first tour with Stephanie, we were hooked and immediately knew 'this was the place'. In the 18 months leading up to our wedding, we never felt overwhelmed or alone in the planning process. Our coordinator Elaine, was and IS the best of the best. Every email, check-in meeting and question was always greeted with excitement, warmth and reassurance. Elaine made sure everything was perfect not only throughout the planning process, but especially on the day of our wedding. The day itself truly was flawless. Elaine, Abby, Robby, Jill and the countless other Rock Island Staff we worked with day of ensured that not one thing was out of place. We, alongside all our guests, felt so much love and attention from the staff that they felt like family by the end of the night. We cannot thank you all enough for the work you do and how meant for your roles each of you are. The venue itself is stunning, with an updated and picturesque lakeside setting that felt so inclusive and special. We could not have asked for a more beautiful backdrop for our wedding. We came into wedding planning wanting an 'indoor/ outdoor' vibe and Rock Island delivered that in every way. The food was also some of the best wedding food we have seen/ tried (our guests would agree!) which is a true testament to the kitchen staff! Additionally, our bar staff did a phenomenal job with our signature cocktails and espresso martini bar. We hope to experience RILC as a guest some day! It's been almost a month and my husband and I talk about our wedding every day. Every family member and friend we talk to tell us it was one of the most incredible weddings they have ever been to. If we could relive the day over, there's not one thing we would change. Thank you Rock Island Lake Club for EVERYTHING. Would recommend to anyone looking for a NJ wedding venue.”

Welcome to Pleasantly Devine Stables. We're dreamers, but even in our wildest dreams, we never expected to own a farm and host a special event venue. We are a family that genuinely cares about you and the details of your big day, and a venue that will consistently go above and beyond. We believe firmly you aren't a "number" or a "package". We host celebrations because we love sharing our farm with couples and families who love it too. At Pleasantly Devine Stables, we put great emphasis on FAMILY: our family, your family, and the greater family of the Hudson Valley.

“Cannot say enough good things about Sylvan Ridge, where we had the most magical wedding weekend earlier this month. It was only the 2nd venue we visited, and we fell in love with it immediately. Absolutely gorgeous space, and all beautifully maintained - from the farmhouse cottage that sleep 16 (so we could stay onsite with our wedding party), to the courtyard space with lovely mountain views, to the barn itself (two levels, fully customizable, with plenty of dance floor left over), to the fairy circle and firepit in the woods where they'll even start the fire for you. We loved that we were able to book an entire weekend, having the place for three days really made it a special experience. Linnea, the owner, is kind, helpful, and super easy to work with; Alyssa is their amazing planner and helped make sure our entire timeline was built out and everything was just right. The photos are stunning and we'll treasure all the memories - from relaxing at the house to the rehearsal dinner to the wonderful wedding day itself, we couldn't be happier. We also LOVED that the venue is dog friendly, so that we could have our dog Miya right there as the ringbearer as well! Thanks Linnea and Alyssa! :)”

My mothers dress ripped not long before the ceremony and they were able to fix it for her. I had about 125 guests upstairs for my reception and it was very comfortable space wise. Me and my husband stayed in the bridal suite after the wedding and had breakfast & mimosas the next morning which were wonderful. Colin and Indiana truly care about the bride and grooms expierience. Wish I could relive the day again!!”

“I enjoy visiting Tom Quick Inn in Milford for occasional dinner, glass of wine, dessert. A decision to choose this venue for my daughter Quinceanera came to ma easy. It was a great choice. The communication with my event coordinator, Keighla, was great. We had few in person meetings, communicated via email or phone. She helped me adjust the menu to create what I wanted for that special day. I felt taken care of in any way possible by her. It felt great to meet the chef, Mike, who was in charge of the meal preparation, before the event and to be able to discuss the menu with him. He become another person I could turn too, if I had any questions. The venue accommodated my needs to decorate the venue the night before event. The event itself was fabulous. The day was warm as for late October, the colorful trees surrounding the restaurant, allowed us to take nice pictures in the nature. The food, as expected... delicious. Guest left the event happy, with full tummies. As for me... It felt as if I just had a wedding I never had. 100 guests$54,844
150 guests$76,011
200 guests$94,911

The River Cafe in Brooklyn serves Michelin-starred cuisine featuring Hudson Valley foie gras and Nantucket Bay scallops with Brooklyn Bridge views right outside your window. Where Can You Find Accessible Wedding Venues in New York?

For couples prioritizing accessibility 620 Loft & Garden offers customizable settings that can work with various needs though you'll want to confirm specific features during your planning. Always ask about specific accommodations like wheelchair ramps elevators and accessible restrooms when you're researching potential venues to ensure everyone can fully participate in your celebration.

How Can Guests Participate Remotely at New York Weddings?

Historic Manhattan venues can make remote guests feel included by incorporating virtual tours during ceremony breaks while Midtown Loft & Terrace supports interactive platforms that go beyond simple passive streaming. You might consider venues in Chelsea or SoHo that can enhance those famous skyline views with live streaming that includes interactive elements like virtual photobooths live chats or virtual toasts.
