Uncommon Unions started as a shift in how I wanted to cook and share food. I’ve spent years working in kitchens, and over time I realized what stuck with people wasn’t the most complicated dish. It was the one that felt thoughtful, well made, and actually enjoyable to eat. That’s what I try to bring into everything I do now. Cooking in a way that feels intentional, a little different, but still grounded and approachable. A lot of what I care about is how people experience food together.
