I was able to enjoy the day of the wedding by peacefully getting ready and being present with my family without having to be concerned about vendors or wedding set up. Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

My mother decided to throw me a surprise wedding weekend which entailed a wedding shower, bachelorette party, wedding and intimate reception. She didn’t hesitate to call Dejanae and Daisy Events and I’m so glad she did. Dejanae pours so much love into everything she does, her attention to detail is impeccable, she stays 10 steps ahead of you making sure everything flows seamlessly and she does it all with a smile and such a nurturing tone. I didn’t have to lift a finger on my wedding day and stress was a non factor because Dejanae took such amazing care of me and all of my guests and I’m so grateful she was with us. She really is one person that moves like a team of 10. I’m sure there were some hiccups but I wouldn’t know because Dejanae handled things so swiftly and quietly.
