“As an entertainer I play guitar, banjo, mandolin, ukulele, harmonica and sing. I know literally thousands of songs in several different styles, including multi-cultural and international songs in several different languages, when called for. My skill set is very high because this is my full time profession and has been my whole life. Not just a hobby. However, I don’t come to an event with the intention of playing every style I know. Instead I spend time with you in advance to determine exactly which styles, which eras and which songs you’d love to hear. And then that’s what I play. Plus I take requests right on the spot!

Their Repertoire Includes: All the standard Mexican and Ranchero selections plus other general Spanish and Latin music. Jason Nelson is a HIGH-ENERGY entertainer for all ages. Born and raised in Hillsborough, NJ, Jason Nelson quickly learned how to play the piano, saxophone, guitar, recorder, and harmonica, all before the age of ten. Jason graduated from the Rutgers Business School in 2017 with a B.S. in Marketing and a Certificate in Recording Arts from the Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Performing Arts.
