We have been hosting wedding for over 15 years at the pavilion and gazebo (although new on this platform). We are a family oriented business with a promise to make your special day a truly memorable one. Couples, bridesmaids and groomsmen can stay at our inn where we have space for 20 guests. Our hand crafted, 3 story, timber frame event Barn provides you the beauty and timelessness of farmland in Barrington, NH. Framed by colorful flowers and rows of lush peach trees this event space will be one to remember. Our wedding season is late May through mid October.

We host small events any time of day; including birthdays, showers, private events, receptions, etc. We have a luxurious long wood bar, and custom booth seating inside with two bathrooms. Color theme is maroun and wooden. The outdoors offers a patio to watch the sunset, and planes. The patio can be used for a variety of things, including a ceremony or a place for people to mingle with small games to play. Your choice. For events we create a custom food and drink menu to your liking, and can make suggestions depending on your style of event. We look forward to hearing from you!

Pipe Dream Brewing is the perfect spot for your small wedding, welcome party, rehearsal dinner, engagement party & more! Our 1,000 sqft. room includes 2 private bathrooms, 9 tap lines, multi-color LED light setup, 50" TV and has a view of the inside of the Brewery! There is room for a band or DJ, or we have a 1600 Watt sound system with an Ipad for a more simple music set up! Our Event Manager will walk you through all the possibilities, and our Head Chef will work with dietary restrictions! We currently do not offer desserts, so you can bring in your own cake/cupcakes!

Historic, breath taking 4 story barn The farm and barn are about 200 years old, and the barn was originally used for cows. Over the years, it has been very well taken care of, so the original beams are still there, in sizes and shapes that you just can't get anymore! The owners are the third generation in their family to take care of the property and are very grateful to be the current stewards. The barn renovations completed in 2020 and it is all ADA compliant and up to code. In the barn, there is a full sound system, 14 chandeliers, a beautiful live edge bar top, two high end composting toilets (the flushing kind!), massive barn blue doors on each end, and a grand entrance staircase. The barn holds up to 200 people and is big enough that you don't have to rent a tent even with tables and chairs, a major benefit and money saver! In the event of rain, you can use the barn as a ceremony and reception space.
