We explained to her that our wedding would consist of a very short ceremony and a dinner. The rest of the night would be some games and hanging out, but no dancing. Our original vision was to have her photograph the ceremony, group shots, and the dinner and skip couple portraits. After consulting with her, she recommended skipping the dinner photos (nobody looks good while eating) and photographing the ceremony, group shots, and, since our package left us with a remaining hour, plan for couple portraits before our ceremony. It was great advice and we're happy to have the couple portraits! On the day of she was very approachable and made us feel comfortable during our private session. Why, hello there. I'm the creative behind the lens. I am a Canadian who pursued his true love, got married and found himself in the United States. It turns out, it can take some time to receive permanent residency, which led me to pick up a camera and fall in love with the art.

My husband & I always joke that we're remarkably unphotogenic & can be awkward in front of the camera-- but all of that really washed away with Zhaun. I know you've all seen the more cheesy or uber serious photographers, & Zhaun truly met us where we were & was able to create such a wonderfully laid back vibe. His photos obviously speak for themselves & it goes without saying, but holy MOLY is he talented!!! Her work is absolutely breathtaking and beautiful! Every picture captured our special moments perfectly. All our pictures were so vibrant, the bold colors popped in every photo, and all our pictures truly reflected the love and joy of our day! Not only was she incredibly professional, she had great communication throughout the planning process. She was always available to talk, answer questions, and make sure everything was just right. Sometimes when you talk with a vendor, you worry that you can't get in contact with them or your questions bother them. This was definitely not the case. Jenn was so patient and kind, and I felt truly confident in hiring her, which is so important. Sometimes you hire a vendor and the whole time you are worried, but that was never the case.
