“DJ Michael Kennedy did an amazing job keeping the dance floor packed all night and truly knew how to read the crowd. The energy was incredible, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had dancing! During the ceremony, everyone could hear our officiant and vows over the sound of the waves and other background noise, which I know has been a problem at other weddings we’ve attended, but not for us! He also coordinated with our live musician to get all the timing right for the processional and recessional, so everything flowed seamlessly. Everything was executed perfectly and on time, keeping the night going and the energy high the whole time.
What made the experience even more special was all of the video footage he captured throughout the day. He sent us a ton of amazing videos from both the ceremony and reception, and we were so surprised and grateful to have those moments captured from such a fun, candid perspective. It was such a thoughtful bonus and gave us memories we’ll be able to look back on for years to come.
We were also obsessed with his lighting. Once the dancing started, his moving head lights took over and timed perfectly with the bass of the music. His equipment also blended in well with the decor. It made the whole experience feel like an intentional, well coordinated dance floor, and took everything up a level.
He was professional, easy to work with, and genuinely helped make our wedding so much fun. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ who goes above and beyond!”
