I cannot sing Emma’s praises enough!!! We hired Emma as a month-of coordinator and are fully convinced she is the sole reason our wedding went off without a hitch! We had over 200 people and our ceremony was at a different location from our reception—no small undertaking—and from the moment we started working together, we knew our wedding was in good hands. Emma is extremely organized and has the perfect demeanor for this type of work. When I was actively pulling my hair out with stress (and a venue that was less than forthcoming about a conflict with our event space), Emma stepped up and made sure everything went smoothly, all while remaining calm, cool and collected. Emma was SO easy to work with and is a pleasure to be around. She also has a great inventory of items to bolster your décor—we ended up renting a card box and table numbers from her that she printed and designed with our names on it! She helped us hone our vision and refine our timeline, all while making sure everything was finalized to our liking! We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

Alex was extremely easy to work with and her team was even. Easier to work with. She made sure that our vendors had all the info they needed. When one vendor was eating with our guests inappropriately, she documented that for me to help with getting a refund. She made sure that our vendors also got food too. The way that her team moved efficiently to set up the event was amazing and they were thorough enough to make sure that we didn't get a cleaning invoice. Something that apparently always happens at our venue.

The process of finding a day-of coordinator felt overwhelming—until we found MK Events. Without Melissa and Kourtney, I would have felt completely overwhelmed. We were even treated to a lovely surprise when they sent us some candid background photos they had taken and a lovely bouquet of our table flowers for both me and my fiancée, as well as our parents. Their willingness to step in and handle any task, from filling vases with stones and sand to troubleshooting last-minute issues, was beyond what we ever expected. These women are true superstars. We initially booked MK for day-of coordination because we didn’t realize how much would fall on us. We found ourselves becoming increasingly overwhelmed with all the tasks—decorating, moving decor, coordinating vendors and family photographers, and so much more.
