“I cannot rave more about Bello Giorno Estates. We just had our wedding on Saturday and Stephanie was wonderful to have as a coordinator. She made my vision come to life with the decor and was so sweet and helped me with anything I needed, including a few dress mishaps! Monica runs the business and is such a generous and gracious woman, as are all of the staff. Highly recommend this venue for anyone with a small intimate wedding. Tamerlaine is a PLANT-BASED/Vegan venue. The sanctuary is a rustic oasis with a beautiful purpose. Our historic farm dates back to 1774, and today its 336 acres are home to rescued farm animals, protected wildlife habitat, rolling pastures, forests, and breathtaking views. “Sylvan Ridge was the first venue we toured while planning our wedding—and we instantly fell in love! The property is beautifully maintained, and one of my favorite things about it, beyond the stunning views, is how peaceful and relaxing it feels. It is surrounded by mountains and greenery, it truly feels like a little escape. To have some of our guests sleepover was the best, we all hung out at the campfire and hot tub after the wedding. Where else could you do that? Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, thanks to Alyssa and the incredible team at Sylvan Ridge!”

On the day of, the natural, rustic farm vibes created such a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. We were thrilled to be able to use fresh cut flowers from their gardens that our florist friend was able to style into gorgeous arrangements, and the farm fresh tomatoes we got to use in our home cooked meals were absolutely delicious. “As a wedding planner who has worked with many venues, I can confidently say that Pine Brook Manor is something truly special. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, and you can tell that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. But as beautiful as the venue is, what stands out to me even more are the people behind it. The owners genuinely care about both the client experience and the vendor experience, which makes such a difference throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. They are easy to communicate with, wonderful to work alongside, and truly some of the most genuine people I have met in this industry. As a planner, having a venue team that values collaboration and cares just as much about creating an incredible experience for the couple is invaluable. Pine Brook Manor is not only stunning, but truly a venue I would recommend to all of my clients as a place to consider getting married. The venue speaks for itself, but the people behind it are what make it even more special. When you book with Pine Brook, you are in the best hands, with people who genuinely care and are invested in your day. I cannot recommend Pine Brook Manor enough!”

“From the moment we first reached out, the very hip owners at A Private Barn Estate in The Hudson Valley (you'll learn its real name:) were always available, communicative and fun. We're so glad we found this beautiful property, it's very private and hard to find online, so we felt it was lucky of us. We also like that, that it isn't used solidly by one couple after another; they also choose the couples reverently to whom they extend their home. If you want to feel special and marvel at a barn while saving money for other things, this is it.”

They went above and beyond, unpacking all of our wedding decor and setting it up perfectly. The food was also delicious! “Rock Island was the best decision we could have ever made. Our experience was 110% perfect from start to finish. From our first tour with Stephanie, we were hooked and immediately knew 'this was the place'. In the 18 months leading up to our wedding, we never felt overwhelmed or alone in the planning process. Our coordinator Elaine, was and IS the best of the best. Every email, check-in meeting and question was always greeted with excitement, warmth and reassurance. Elaine made sure everything was perfect not only throughout the planning process, but especially on the day of our wedding. The day itself truly was flawless. Elaine, Abby, Robby, Jill and the countless other Rock Island Staff we worked with day of ensured that not one thing was out of place. We, alongside all our guests, felt so much love and attention from the staff that they felt like family by the end of the night. We cannot thank you all enough for the work you do and how meant for your roles each of you are. The venue itself is stunning, with an updated and picturesque lakeside setting that felt so inclusive and special. We could not have asked for a more beautiful backdrop for our wedding. We came into wedding planning wanting an 'indoor/ outdoor' vibe and Rock Island delivered that in every way. The food was also some of the best wedding food we have seen/ tried (our guests would agree!) which is a true testament to the kitchen staff! Additionally, our bar staff did a phenomenal job with our signature cocktails and espresso martini bar. We hope to experience RILC as a guest some day! It's been almost a month and my husband and I talk about our wedding every day. Every family member and friend we talk to tell us it was one of the most incredible weddings they have ever been to. If we could relive the day over, there's not one thing we would change. Thank you Rock Island Lake Club for EVERYTHING. Would recommend to anyone looking for a NJ wedding venue.”

“My husband and I got married at Bear Brook Valley this past weekend and it was absolutely PERFECT! Our experience with the Bear Brook team since we booked our date with them two years ago has been amazing. The renovations they completed last year are absolutely stunning. The boys absolutely loved getting ready in the new speakeasy lounge, the golf simulator was a huge hit! Our guests raved about the food and drinks. Our coordinator, Amanda was incredible! Not only did she walk me through the planning process (we did not hire an official wedding planner), but she responded promptly to all my questions via email and executed my entire vision the day of the wedding! Everything ran super smoothly. Our bridal and groom suite attendants, Amber and Cameron, were on top of everything the entire wedding day! Anytime we needed anything they were there. They were constantly making sure we had a drink in hand if we needed one, Amber helped me get a stain out of my dress, and they both graciously steamed all of the dresses and tuxes! Something we both absolutely love about Bear Brook is that their team makes you feel special and valued. They truly value making sure your day is the best it can be, which was not my experience touring other venues. Because of this incredible team, I was able to enjoy every minute of my day without any stress! If you’re considering booking Bear Brook - DO IT! We genuinely cannot recommend them enough!”

“We had our wedding on 6-6-26 at Magnolia and I can say it was an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable experience. Firstly, the venue is gorgeous. The wedding space overlooks the confluence of two streams so you hear the sound of babbling water all throughout the resort and it feels so unique and magical to do your vows in such a wonderful display of nature. Second, I must say that the staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect and our guests feel at home. Special shout out to Angela at the front desk who was so accommodating and friendly and all the service staff was kind and helpful. Like any Poconos day the weather can turn on a dime and it did for us going from clear to torrential downpour for cocktail hour but the staff pivoted perfectly and the pavilion kept everyone dry and happy. The rain did lead to a spectacular sunset and while I can't say Magnolia did it I can say that the resort was so beautiful it lead to some of the most spectacular pictures of the night and the resort makes an amazing backdrop. Also the food was incredible, we did both our rehearsal and reception and both nights everything was cooked perfectly (SO to Chef Tom). Finally I need to talk about their wedding coordinator Cheyenne. She goes above and beyond what I was expecting and is just the nicest person. We worked with her for almost 2 years and she always started every call catching up and she truly got to know us personally as we got to know her. Her vendor recommendations were fantastic and on the weekend of the wedding she was there to answer any question and solve any problem. She did this while 6 months pregnant by the way so she's able to handle anything no matter the situation. I can go on and on about how amazing this place is and say that it truly is a gem of venue in the Poconos and made our wedding magical.”

Weddings are stressful and Ozzy tries her best to take as much pressure as possible. This place is gorgeous and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.”

“The Outlier Inn is truly one-of-a-kind, offering so much more than your typical wedding venue. From the start, we knew it was something special. One of our favorite aspects was being able to bring all of our loved ones together in one place for the entire weekend, creating a unique experience where our family and friends were “trapped” in the best way—celebrating and bonding without distractions. If you’re someone who loves to party under the stars, and you enjoy envisioning and creating fun, personalized spaces, this is the venue for you. The property itself is a hidden gem, full of surprises at every turn. There’s so much to explore, from the charming tiny houses scattered throughout, to the inviting homemade hot tub and peaceful sauna, to the quirky hidden thrift shop/barn. We held our ceremony in the newly added amphitheater nestled in the woods—an intimate space surrounded by towering trees, creating a perfect natural backdrop for our vows. We were lucky with beautiful September weather, and the sound of our friends laughing and exploring the grounds will forever be a cherished memory. Josh, the owner of The Outlier, truly made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we met him, we knew this was “our” place. He is warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. During our first tour of the property, Josh even let us bottle-feed his adorable baby goat, “Frip”—a moment that will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Leading up to the wedding, Josh was always available to offer guidance and advice, and throughout the weekend, his calm presence was a steady source of reassurance. Whether he was setting up bonfires, handling speakers and microphones, or just checking in on us, Josh ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in every moment of our celebration. The only downside to having our wedding at The Outlier Inn is that we almost want to keep it a secret—it’s so magical, we’d love to keep it all to ourselves! But in all honesty, The Outlier Inn is an extraordinary venue, and we can’t imagine getting married anywhere else. Thank you, Josh, for making our weekend so unforgettable!”

“Kelly and his small team were absolutely fantastic to work with! We had a 50-60 person wedding there in August. The venders list and recommendations they provided were absolutely key in planning our out of state wedding in only a few months. We had an unexpected last minute change in lead photographer and they made sure she could see the venue a few days prior to get the lay of the land. They were able to make special accommodations for handicapped guests. Their day of coordination made sure the day of went off without a hitch which left us stress free. Lastly, from the barn to the ceremony site and everything in between was absolutely picturesque truly an amazing venue and experience all around for our special day!”

Why Choose New Jersey for Your Wedding Day?

New Jersey gives you four distinct regions with unique wedding settings and styles to match any vision. September tops the charts for wedding inquiries here, so you'll want to plan ahead if you're eyeing a date during peak season. The varied landscapes mean you can find everything from waterfront elegance to historic charm without traveling far.

What Types of Wedding Venues Can You Find in New Jersey?

The venue scene in New Jersey covers just about every style imaginable. Luxury estates like Park Chateau in East Brunswick offer stunning French-inspired architecture with gorgeous European gardens that make for incredible photo backdrops. If water views are your thing, places like Liberty House showcase breathtaking NYC skyline panoramas right alongside the water.
