The Silo Suite is one of the two getting ready spaces onsite at Bear Brook Valley. The newly updated space features a wraparound vanity with makeup mirrors and lights, salon chairs, mirrors, and plenty of natural light. Enjoy a fresh breakfast, lunch, and drinks while prepping for your big day.

The Stables

A cozy indoor ceremony space.

The Stables is one of the four onsite ceremony locations at the venue. The space provides a cozy vibe and is perfect for winter or rainy-day ceremonies. The Stables is located on the opposite side of the parking lot from the venue.

Our ballroom features brand new flooring (no carpet), floor-to-ceiling windows, farm tables, cross-back chairs, indoor fireplace, built-in uplighting, and a top-shelf open bar. This is where you'll enjoy a sit-down dinner with 5 entree choices, drinks, dancing, and dessert. The ballroom can also be transformed for your wedding ceremony.

From Mr.Met to Butterflies
If I could give Bear Brook Valley more than 5 stars, I would. There truly are not enough words to describe how incredible our wedding day was. From the moment we first toured Bear Brook to the moment our wedding ended, we felt so genuinely cared for. If this is how far you will read, book Bear Brook. No dream is too big. For Mr.Met, they coordinated everything and made sure our guests were SO surprised. For our traditional Chinese tea ceremony, they bought special cups to match our tea pot. For our butterfly release, they supported every second of it. Rebecca was an absolute DREAM. Every detail was handled, every question was answered, and she was always one step ahead. I am extremely detail-oriented, but on our wedding day I was able to completely let go and enjoy every second because I trusted Rebecca and the team that much. Our bridal and groomsmen’s attendants were equally incredible. We also have to give a huge shoutout to Perry, the owner. You can tell how much he genuinely cares about Bear Brook and every couple who gets married there. The property is breathtaking, the food was incredible, everything ran seamlessly, and our guests are STILL telling us it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. Rebecca, Perry, our amazing attendants, and the entire Bear Brook Valley team: thank you for giving us our own little royal wedding and the best day of our lives. My husband and I got married at Bear Brook Valley this past weekend and it was absolutely PERFECT! Our experience with the Bear Brook team since we booked our date with them two years ago has been amazing. The renovations they completed last year are absolutely stunning. The boys absolutely loved getting ready in the new speakeasy lounge, the golf simulator was a huge hit! Our guests raved about the food and drinks. Our coordinator, Amanda was incredible! Not only did she walk me through the planning process (we did not hire an official wedding planner), but she responded promptly to all my questions via email and executed my entire vision the day of the wedding! Everything ran super smoothly. Our bridal and groom suite attendants, Amber and Cameron, were on top of everything the entire wedding day! Anytime we needed anything they were there. They were constantly making sure we had a drink in hand if we needed one, Amber helped me get a stain out of my dress, and they both graciously steamed all of the dresses and tuxes! Something we both absolutely love about Bear Brook is that their team makes you feel special and valued. They truly value making sure your day is the best it can be, which was not my experience touring other venues. Because of this incredible team, I was able to enjoy every minute of my day without any stress! If you’re considering booking Bear Brook - DO IT! We genuinely cannot recommend them enough!

Best place ever!
I could rave about this place for days. The BBV team was upfront and incredibly flexible when we wanted to adjust details. On the day of our wedding, the team made sure my family and wedding party were taken care of the entire time, and the staff moved through the night like they had done this a thousand times before. Each space has serious wow factor, and the food was honestly some of the best we've ever had at any event. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how incredible everything was, and we couldn't agree more. We're so grateful to the Bear Brook Valley team for making our day exactly what we dreamed it would be!

The best in the business!
If you are thinking of booking Bear Brook Valley as your venue, stop reading and do it now! If you are really still unsure let me assure you, the team at BBV knows what they are doing. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. Rebecca was my coordinator and guided me through every step of the way. She answered so many of my questions and was so responsive. She would check in with me throughout the whole wedding planning process to make sure I was on track. She would keep me updated on things that were going on at BBV especially during all the renovations. I truly take pride in choosing a venue that cares about the quality of service they provide and continues to grow, expand and renovate their facilities in order to provide top notch service. The wedding day was seamless. Our Maitre’D, Mikayla, took care of us all day and everywhere I turned she was there. She followed me everywhere for all our photos on the premises. The staff is all connected via earpieces and we’re constantly communicating with each other so staff knew everyone’s whereabouts (including wedding party and family) and where able to seamlessly guide us for our first look and hide away for the ceremony. Both Rebecca and Mikayla communicated with each other to ensure we stayed on time and handled all our vendors arriving to point them in the right direction without having to bother the bride and groom. BBV has a social media team who followed us around and took videos throughout the day. She shared a file with over 100 videos of what she captured throughout the day and I was beyond appreciative of that. I did not have a videographer or content creator due to budget and the work she provided filled in all the moments I missed being a bride. Such as ceremony entrances where my brother forgot to shake my husbands hand by accident (but looked planned), our t-shirt toss entrance to the reception and seeing everyone’s entrance since me and my husband were in the back and couldn’t see, and so many other small moments that created the memories for us to look back on. Our guests were blown away with the quality and quantity of the food provided during cocktail hour. Even getting 5 entree options for dinner makes BBV stand out amongst the rest and provides great options for our guests. Francisco and his team behind the bar do extraordinary work. They kept the drinks flowing all night and they are all absolutely delicious. I could really go into detail how every single aspect of my wedding day was absolutely perfect but this review would be an essay at that point. If you got this far and are still reading the review, go book a tour and see for yourself how exceptional the venue and team is at BBV. I can’t thank everyone enough at BBV for making my wedding day perfect and magical.

If I could leave 100 stars I would. Sydney was my coordinator and major shout out to her for helping me stay on track with planning and helping everything move along. The day of was stress-free, not a thing went wrong, and they made everything so seamless and looks so effortless. Audrey was our attendant and she was on the ball. They just made everything so fun, high energy and stress-free. Carmelo was running things during the reception and honestly, I don’t think anything could’ve gone better. Every person that came to my wedding said that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. The food was outstanding. The staff was incredible. The venue itself is just absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
