I cannot recommend Megan enough!! She is such a professional. She is incredibly well connected in the industry and comes with fantastic recommendations; organized x100; and has an amazing attitude. During the planning process, Megan's weekly emails were a life saver. She kept me on track, and I never felt overwhelmed. She made it fun & easy! On the day of - everything was planned so well that it was seamless. All I had to do was have fun. And of course - whatever I needed, Megan had. Gum, mints, chapstick, deodorant, you name it - Megan had it covered. She also helped us prep a really good rain plan so when a big storm came, we were able to transition without losing too much time. Again - I can't recommend Megan enough. She is definitely who you want with you during this exciting time!

Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! Candice/Signed in Pink Events was INCREDIBLE!!!! Talk about someone who goes above and beyond to bring your wedding day vision to life! I came across (Signed in Pink Events) as a recommendation from a bridal group on social media. After looking at some of her really positive 5 star reviews, I decided to reach out to her. I originally was looking for a day of coordinator when I reached out to Candice, however when I first saw her prices, I realized I could afford the month of coordination services which ended up being a great idea. I hired Candice/Signed in Pink Events over a year before my wedding on December 20th. From the moment I hired her, she IMMEDIATELY, put me at ease. She walked me through all of their services, the process, asked me plenty of questions to get a good feel of what I want and provided a lot of clarity for me. I quickly realized, she knew what she was doing! Candice and her team were hired for “month of coordination” however, Candice made herself available to me for whenever I had a question or needed some advisement. Over the year, she really helped me through the wedding planning process, even when I hired an untrustworthy beauty vendor. With her support and guidance, I was able to quickly get out of that contract and later went on to work with an AMAZING team of beauty vendors that Candice went back to verify. As type A as I am as a person, I truly felt that I could trust Candice’s judgement and knowledge and she NEVER steered me wrong! I was even able to relax a little bit with her supporting me. Candice also handled my wedding decor and I was THRILLED that I went with her. She managed to handle all the vendor stuff AND perfectly execute my husband and I’s decor vision. I checked in Candice at least every couple of weeks just because lol She is such a fun and helpful person, it was very easy to work with her and come to her for my bridal anxiety needs or general questions. By the time we were coming up on the time for her to officially begin her “month of” services, she knew EVERYTHING we wanted, how we wanted it, all of the vendors we were using, who she needed to follow up with, how to she was going to plan out walkthrough, meetings. She had her questions ready for vendors, welcome card for vendors, rehearsal layouts ready…just the whole 9 yards (and then some)! She had everything running like a well oiled machine leading up to the wedding day, and on the wedding day, she handled everything! I can’t tell you how many times she told me “I got you! Don’t worry about anything!” and she meant every word of it! She really had it! All the coordination between vendors, the decor vision, the schedule…it was all so smooth! And she got along with every one of my vendors! And they easily went to her with no issues. The day of my wedding was INCREDIBLE!!! All the decor was PERFECT!!! She went above and beyond!!! I was so excited!!! It was all worth it! She was the absolute best at what she does! No wonder she is an award winning event coordinator. She is an absolutely joy! If ANYONE is looking for a wedding event coordinator look no further! You have found her!!! She is professional, helpful, kind, detail oriented, organized, down to earth but also she is about her business! She and her team will make your vision happen! From the very beginning she had lots of helpful planning documents, answered every question I had, gave us ideas when we couldn't figure out how or when we wanted something to happen for our special day, stayed over time on our planning / check in calls to make sure we felt that we covered everything, and did all of this with a smile and supportive, kind attitude. You're going to spend a lot of time with your wedding planner / coordinator, so it's important that they're a good person and you like them! Well Diane is a gem of a human being, and I really do feel like I made a forever friend in her. Throughout the planning process and on the day, there were times when I just needed emotional support, and she was there for me. Her communication is prompt, consistent, and thorough. Additionally, in the lead up to my wedding day and on the day itself, Diane was on top of EVERY detail. From helping me iron my wedding dress while my bridesmaids and I were getting our makeup done to overseeing every vendor arrival and setup to making sure transitions from each part of the day were smooth - she did it all. No detail was too small for her, and because she's a total professional, she thought of everything! At the venue walk through, she brought up so many great questions and topics of discussion that I didn’t even think of. Planning a wedding can be very stressful and overwhelming but when you have a professional like Chasity, it all seems to fall in place. The day of my wedding, I didn’t have to lift a finger. The single greatest decision we made for planning our wedding was hiring Angelita (about five months in advance) to manage it for us. Not only did she go above and beyond repeatedly - in going to bat to get vendors to lower prices for us, in being just a text away every day the month proceeding the wedding, in putting up with three hour calls where we also discussed family dramas -- she was always friendly, professional, and a genuine delight, helping manage stress and ensure everything went smoothly, even when the best man was doing things like forget he needed a suit, or jeweler wasn't responding to bride's texts and I couldn't get a quote back for rings weeks before the wedding....it was Angelita to the rescue! She took over all communications with the vendors beforehand, organized and ensured everyone had their marching orders (literally when it came to her air-traffic controller maneuvers down the aisle). That the day-of was drama free, an absolute blast, and so much fun, we hoped for -- but that the months before were, was an unexpected joy, and that was because of Angelita. Payment was easy, and options were extremely flexible. AND she helped provide resources for our honeymoon planning, just cause!
