“As a photographer, I’ve had the privilege of working at Paradise Family Farm for a while now, photographing multiple weddings and hosting mini sessions there, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this venue. First and foremost, the owners are some of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. They are incredibly easy to work with, organized, and always go above and beyond to make sure every detail is just right. Over the years, our professional relationship has grown into a friendship, and I honestly look forward to every opportunity I have to work with them. The property itself is absolutely stunning. From the beautifully restored barn to the picturesque outdoor ceremony space and beautiful mountains, every corner of Paradise Family Farm photographs like a dream. The scenery is full of charm, making it the perfect backdrop for weddings, engagement sessions, family photos, and seasonal minis. And then there are the Highland cows! They are such a unique and memorable part of the experience. Guests and clients absolutely love the opportunity to spend time with the smaller Highland cows (like Fast Freddy), and they add so much personality and fun to photo sessions. Paradise Family Farm is hands down one of my favorite vendors to work with. Not only do they provide an incredible experience for their couples and guests, but they also support other local businesses such as myself and many others. Their generosity, professionalism, and genuine care for the people they serve make them truly one of a kind. We have a covered outdoor Pavillon for your ceremony, a large manicured courtyard for cocktail hour and a 5,000 square foot formal ballroom for your reception. Our newly renovated second floor bridal suite is a "photographers dream", equipped with a kitchenette, makeup -up and hair room, a mother of the bride and mother-in-law suite, and a breathtaking bridal and Groom Suite. “This venue is the most amazing venue I toured while planning. It’s was absolutely stunning and everything I wanted in a venue. The venue coordinator is very nice, however, at times it was very difficult to get in touch with her. There is no staff to cover if she happens to be out of the office (which made it stressful as it closer to my wedding). Overall, I would recommend this venue for any celebration. I also loved that I had to option to bring all of my decor and vendors. My overall experience was a good one. My wedding was beautiful and everything turned out great.”

“My husband and I recently got married at The Union Exchange and had the most magical days of our lives. I don't even know where to begin! I have been going to The Union Exchange market since it opened in 2022 and ever since my first day on the property, I felt at home. Growing up in rural Pennsylvania, there was familiarity to it with the rural charm and wooded trails. As I watched the property grow over the years and saw all the hard work they put in to making it a beautiful wedding venue, I knew deep down that this where my husband and I would get married. The staff at The Union Exchange are one of a kind. From day one, Kelly and Kacie were detailed oriented and provided helpful insight when making decisions, but never were pushy when it came to discussing add ons. Donna is sunshine personified and brought such a light to the meetings throughout the process. The day of the wedding was smooth and seamless and much of that had to do with the hard work of the venue team. The property itself is unlike any other venue we toured! It has the perfect blend of elegance and rustic charm, without feeling too barn-y. It's truly serene. We utilized the Full Farm Package so we had our ceremony in the Pine View Forest and reception at the Auction Barn, with cocktail hour at their stand alone bar, Splinters. One thing to note is the property is very large so there was some walking required throughout the day (for guests), but they are more than accommodating for people who need assistance! I HIGHLY recommend the Pine View Forest for the ceremony site. The lighting coming in through the trees was magical with the fall colors! You cannot go wrong with any location on the property for ceremony, but there really is something enchanting about the forest. The addition of the vintage furniture included in our package also added an element of elegance that perfectly matched the vibe we were going for. A HUGE perk of this venue was the addition of the AirBnBs on the property. We had the bridal party stay the night of the wedding and it worked out perfectly! My husband and I plan to come back on our anniversary and stay at the glamping cabin we stayed in on the night of our wedding which is such a special option to have that you don't get with many other venues. The bottom line - this venue is magical. The staff treats you like family to make it the wedding day of your dreams. I00/10 recommend!”

Dixie Dreams is a special events facility located on the beautiful Rocky River in Monroe, NC. We are a Charlotte’s newest and finest country venue for parties, weddings, receptions, family reunions, conferences, and meetings. At Dixie Dreams there is over 100 acres of land with 3/4 mile river frontage. The wooded trails and outdoor scenery makes a wonderful place for reflection, privacy and pictures. Our Venue consists of a large, room that can hold up to 200 guests with a Rockwall fireplace,and media equipment.The commercial quality kitchen includes a large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and large ice-maker. A very special, separate bridal suite is available for the bride and her guests. There is an open gazebo out back to host a beautiful wedding ceremony. A 960 sqft. Bridal suite equipped with a hair and make up area, full bathroom, and suite for overnight stay.
