What is the number of maximum guests?

Knotting Hill Farm can accommodate up to 150 people including the bridal party for your wedding.

Question 2

When are payments due?

Accepted Answer

When the contract is signed, to continue holding your date we require a $1,000 booking fee to be paid. Six months prior to the event 50% of the remaining balance will be due. The final payment will be required 30 days prior to the event. You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount prior to the specified due date as you prefer. Please include the last names of the couple and the wedding date in the memo line if you are mailing a check. Full payment is due by the specified due date.

How do I reserve a date?

To reserve a date email us at: hello@knottinghillwedding.com stating that you are ready to book XYZ date if it is still available. We suggest sending an email stating you are ready to book your preferred date and then include a backup date in case your preferred date is unavailable. Although it is not required, prior to booking a date, we hope you are able to come out in person to visit the farm. You can request a tour on our tour request page.

Do you require a wedding coordinator?

The short answer is no. We do however, suggest that you have one in order to make your experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible. In the event that you choose not to hire a wedding coordinator we do require that a decision maker that is not the bride or groom be designated and available as a “point person”.

Question 5

Do you provide bar service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We actually require that you use our own in-house bar service. We serve beer, wine, and specialty drinks. The bar service packages very and can be found here. There is NO outside alcohol permitted onsite.

Will there be a wedding the same day as mine?

No. At Knotting Hill, we only host one wedding each day to ensure that your event is special and receives our full attention.
