Welcome to our wedding and event venue, nestled in the breathtaking foothills of North Carolina. Our 75 acre working Scottish Highland Farm, with stunning views and beautiful landscapes, offers the ideal setting for your special day. The Carlton barn can transform from rustic and quaint to an elegant setting. Whether you're hosting a wedding or another memorable occasion, you'll discover picturesque spots perfect for capturing stunning photos. Our open-air ceremony site is beautifully situated in lush, manicured grounds , offering a breathtaking panoramic backdrop where the Blue Ridge Mnts meet the peaceful beauty of our family farm, where wide-open Carolina skies meet pure, rustic romance. The heart of our ceremony features an elevated design; you will stand up on the ceremony stairs, creating a beautiful vantage point that ensures every guest has an unobstructed view of the "I do's," and you can see every one of their smiling faces.

The Carlton Barn is the heart of our reception. Beautifully restored, blends rustic countryside charm with elegance. Featuring exposed wooden beams, warm ambient lighting, it creates a cozy atmosphere for dinner, drinks, and dancing. Just steps from the ceremony lawn, it offers a seamless transition into a night of celebration under the glow of the Blue Ridge foothills.

Always a Pleasure to Film at Paradise Family Farm
I’ve had the pleasure of filming weddings at Paradise Family Farm twice now, and each experience has been exceptional. The property is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and scenic views that create an incredible backdrop for wedding celebrations. Beyond the venue itself, what really sets Paradise Family Farm apart is the care and attention that goes into every event. The team genuinely wants each couple to have an amazing experience, and it shows. A Photographer’s Paradise
As a photographer, I’ve had the privilege of working at Paradise Family Farm for a while now, photographing multiple weddings and hosting mini sessions there, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this venue. First and foremost, the owners are some of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. They are incredibly easy to work with, organized, and always go above and beyond to make sure every detail is just right. Over the years, our professional relationship has grown into a friendship, and I honestly look forward to every opportunity I have to work with them. The property itself is absolutely stunning. From the beautifully restored barn to the picturesque outdoor ceremony space and beautiful mountains, every corner of Paradise Family Farm photographs like a dream. The scenery is full of charm, making it the perfect backdrop for weddings, engagement sessions, family photos, and seasonal minis. And then there are the Highland cows! They are such a unique and memorable part of the experience. Guests and clients absolutely love the opportunity to spend time with the smaller Highland cows (like Fast Freddy), and they add so much personality and fun to photo sessions. Paradise Family Farm is hands down one of my favorite vendors to work with. Not only do they provide an incredible experience for their couples and guests, but they also support other local businesses such as myself and many others. Their generosity, professionalism, and genuine care for the people they serve make them truly one of a kind. If you’re looking for a breathtaking wedding venue with amazing owners who will make you feel like family, I cannot recommend Paradise Family Farm enough. Best Venue!!
From our first conversation, Jeff and Diane made us feel like our wedding was their top priority. They answered every question we had and offered suggestions that truly made our day special. Paradise Family Farm is the perfect blend of rustic charm and elegance, with plenty of space for our guests to move around and enjoy themselves. The owners' passion for their work showed in every detail, and they went out of their way to help us plan and execute our vision. We felt so taken care of throughout the whole process, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the setting was. The best venue!
Paradise Family Farm is the best wedding venue! My wife & I got married there May of 2026. Jeff & Diane were delightful & their communication throughout the entire process was unbelievable! They were quick to answer any and all questions. All of our guest were blown away by how beautiful the venue was!
