Dana Daeche Photography
Dana Daeche is a light and airy but colorful photographer based in Wilmington, North Carolina. Dana specializes in weddings, engagements and senior portraits in coastal and garden settings. From natural light to using flash in dark spaces, Dana is well versed in making sure your photos will be properly lit and beautiful.
In addition to being a photographer, Dana has worked as a television producer for more than 20 years and knows what it takes to make magic happen. From scheduling and planning to lighting and location, Dana knows all of the tricks to make sure every photo is stunning and beautifully executed.

Surprise 50th Birthday
Dana did an absolutely amazing job photographing my husband’s surprise 50th birthday party! From the moment I started planning the event, she was wonderful to work with. She was professional, responsive, organized, and genuinely excited to help capture such a special occasion. The photos exceeded every expectation I had. Dana perfectly captured not only the big moments, but also all of the candid smiles, laughter, and little details that made the evening so memorable. Looking through the gallery felt like reliving the entire night all over again. One of the things I appreciated most was how naturally she blended into the event while still managing to capture every important moment. Our family and friends have loved the photos, and they will be treasured for years to come. If you’re looking for a talented photographer who is kind, professional, and truly gifted at capturing memories, I cannot recommend Dana highly enough. A wonderful experience from start to finish!
From the very first time we met her, I just knew she was the right choice. She has such happy, positive energy! You genuinely want her around because she makes everything feel lighter and more fun. Dana has a natural ability to connect with people. She worked seamlessly with everyone throughout the entire day and evening, and so many of our guests commented on how much they loved her. Dana truly went above and beyond, capturing so many meaningful moments. Her turnaround time was impressively quick, and she has been incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with every step of the way. Most importantly, her photos are beautiful and truly captured the spirit of our day. We are so grateful we trusted her with something so meaningful. Dana was such a wonderful blessing to have as my wedding photographer. She was friendly, outgoing, and super hard-working. All of my guests said that she was an amazing photographer and all-around a great person. Dana did a phenomenal job getting hundreds of photos within a timely manner without making myself or my husband feel rushed and our photos turned out absolutely amazing. I could not recommend Dana enough as a photographer
