This is our most involved planning level & truly hands-on from start to finish. We guide you through every step—venue & vendor selection, budgeting, timeline creation, design support, logistics & day-of execution. You’re not just getting a checklist or someone who shows up the month before. You’re getting a local expert & calm, experienced partner who understands your vision from the very beginning & makes sure every decision supports it.

Perfect for couples hosting a smaller celebration with fewer guests but no less meaning. We help you navigate permits, locations, vendors, timelines, and all the intimate details that still matter deeply. What makes it different? Elopements still require planning—but most services treat them like an afterthought. We give your day the same care and attention as a larger wedding, without overcomplicating it.

This is for couples who’ve planned most of their wedding but want professional support to pull it all together. We step in 6–8 weeks before the big day to finalize logistics, confirm details with vendors, and run the day so you don’t have to. What makes it different? Many coordinators are only available on the day-of. We give you structured support in advance, so the final stretch feels clear and calm—not chaotic.

    Making Memories Events and Design took all of the stress away when planning my wedding. We did a destination wedding and they made sure every detail was planned perfectly.     Our wedding day would not have been possible without MME. We knew from the start that Monika would make sure every part of our day was exactly what we envisioned. Through monthly phone calls and meetings, Monika helped us discover the details about us as a couple that we could incorporate into our day to make it unique to us.
