“Valley Decors provided good communication throughout the planning process, though we felt communication could have been better on the day of the event. However, they still did an excellent job overall. The team at Valley Decors set up the event flawlessly for our 350 guests - everything came out perfect. They have a great team that works well together. The only downside was that they picked up rented items like the table runner and napkins before the night was over, which I didn't appreciate, though I understand they needed to collect plates and glassware. Despite this, Grace and Travis were a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond, even stepping in when one of our other vendors fell short on tables and linens. They provided amazing rentals and were able to quickly deliver extra tables and freshly ironed linens with less than 24 hours notice. Although there were a few minor hiccups on our wedding day that were out of their control, Grace and Travis provided an exceptional setup and coordination for our event.”

“If you want to make your wedding planning even a fraction easier, hire Calmerin. We got their Jade package and even though that’s their smallest package it was so so helpful. We talked with Glennie and Amanda to talk over big picture stuff, get recommendations for other vendors, etc. and then the first time I met them was for the venue walkthrough. They’re the professionals and so they brought so many excellent questions for us and for the venue. It really helped us know what we still needed to figure out and prepare for the big day. Then, for the rehearsal/walkthrough and the big day, they were there every step of the way to help get the whole timeline sorted out. Both Amanda and Glennie were so kind and professional; they helped the whole day run so smoothly. The last thing, but really SO important and crucial: they helped with the breakdown and packing everything up. While we were all dancing on the dance floor and having a blast, they were helping to gather up everything and get the venue set back as it needed to be by the end of the night. It was such a weight off our shoulders for them to just handle all of that. They were always on top of everything and it was all so wonderful. Bailey met with us multiple times before the wedding to make sure she knew everything we wanted and knew everyone we were working with. She took all of our decor the day before the wedding, and with little to no direction, she made our vision come to life and had everything set up beautifully! During rehearsal, she made sure our wedding party knew exactly what to do, where to stand, and even let us practice our recessional multiple times to make sure we had it right. On the actual wedding day, she was even more amazing! If something went wrong, we had no idea because Bailey handled it with such grace. At one point I realized I forgot my veil at the hotel 30 minutes away, she was quick to react and called the hotel to make sure they could open the room for a guest who was still there. It was literally the wedding of our dreams and we couldn’t be more thankful for all she did to make it everything we wanted and more.
