“Sarah was so helpful in our planning process the last few weeks leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day. She was super responsive and available to answer questions throughout the process and give recommendations. Her recommendation on wedding dress alterations saved me 600 compared to the first place I went to! There is a lot that happens in the last 4-6 weeks before the wedding; all of your vendors are reaching out about final details and decisions, which Sarah helped us handle. She took the initiative to email all of our vendors which took the stress off of us and allowed us to only work with her in the final weeks as she communicated everything out to the rest of our vendor team. I believe our wedding was the first time she and her team had been to our venue – Riverside on the Potomac in Leesburg, Virginia – but you never would have known it. In particular, she nailed our timeline, which was such a big help for us not to have to think about much. On the wedding day, she was on top of everything and from my husband's and my perspective, everything went to plan and there were no hiccups! She does everything through Google Docs and Sheets which makes things super easy for you to work on as you have time and it’s nice that it’s all done in one place, not back and forth through lots of emails!”

“Jessi is AMAZING, point blank period. She came recommended to me by another photographer that I know, and from the first phone call my fiancé and I had with her, we all just clicked, and I knew that it was a perfect match. Jessi is organized and responsive, and was super detailed about explaining her processes with us. “Caboose Farm is a magical dream! We wanted a wedding venue that allowed some of our guests to stay on site, allowed us to host both the wedding and reception as well as a welcome dinner for all of our guests on Friday. We almost gave up on that dream until we visited Caboose Farm on a cold day in November and knew it would be perfect! Flash forward to September and it was a gorgeous property full of flowers!! Our guests were blown away by the houses, the glade where we decided to have the ceremony, the event barn where we had a BBQ Friday and cocktail hour Saturday, and our tented reception overlooking the amazing property. We worked with Colby and our wedding planners the Otherside Creatives to sort out the many aspects of our wedding weekend and everything was perfect. We had a roaring fire both nights, beautifully crafted cocktails, and a golf cart always at the ready to help some of our unsteady guests. We cannot recommend Caboose Farm and their team enough! Truly the best weekend of our lives!”

Caboose Farm is a beautiful, rustic wedding venue located in Sabillasville, Maryland (just north of Frederick, MD) that blends beautiful scenery with convenient accommodations. Located in close proximity to Baltimore; Washington, D.C.; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the venue offers a charming 220-acre space with access to attractions such as golf, wineries, and hiking. Its scenery also provides a beautiful backdrop for events, with scenic wedding sites to choose from, countryside barn, and pastoral farms and pastures. Inside the event buildling we can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. For groups over 150, we would have to bring in a tent for the dinner portion of the evening. The property offers seven fully furnished houses on its premises that can, collectively, accommodate 97 guests. “Working with Sage Cakery was such a pleasure from start to finish. Faith, the wedding coordinator, was responsive and thoughtful throughout the planning process, making sure every detail of our vision came to life. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the dessert spread, especially the red velvet and chocolate peanut butter cupcakes, which disappeared almost immediately. There was so much I loved about the venue, but here are some top considerations: Location/logistics- It was so easy to get everything and everyone to the venue and our guests loved how easy walking or parking was. Other vendors also expressed appreciation that they were able to get in earlier in the day and that it was easy to get to. Since it is off the creek, the outside area felt more intimate. There are also lots of cute areas to take pictures in the venue and just steps away. Aesthetics- the venue was beautiful! The simplicity of the set up really made our florals pop. They provided tables and seating which were perfect with our design. The whole space lends itself to so many different design possibilities. Also, since it is very cute/clean as it, we didn't need to go overboard with decor. Service- Anna was a huge help throughout the entire process. She made me feel confident that everything would run smoothly. She was also quick to address questions/needs. The day of the event all of the staff were wonderful. They were so friendly and fun!”

“We looked at so many videographers and watched so many wedding videos. Livvy’s style was exactly what we were looking for. She was super responsive and easy to work with from day one, and her packages were incredibly reasonable. When we met to do our love story, Livvy was fun and made sure we were both comfortable. She gave great direction so we never felt awkward. She really was an incredible hype girl the whole time, which made us feel even more comfortable about being in front of a camera. I’m pretty sure she got us our love story in around 24 hours (benefits of the off season!) I cry every time I watch it. I’m just in awe of her artistry…the questions she asked us and the way she wove our answers together tells our story so beautifully….it’s truly something we will treasure forever. On our wedding day, Livvy was awesome. She really was a ninja in getting her shots, because after our couples portraits, I didn’t even see her until she was getting ready to leave! We got our teaser trailer pretty quickly, and we got our full video not long after that, and every time we watch it, we notice another subtle detail that just blows us away (one of my favorite details is how when I mentioned our dog in my vows, she overlaid video of us with our dog before the ceremony). When we got our motion book (which is another fantastic bonus of booking Livvy!), the screen was cracked, but we contacted Livvy and she had a replacement ordered and sent in like 24 hours! We can’t say enough great things about Livvy. If you are on the fence about hiring a videographer–just do it, and hire Livvy if you can. You will not regret it.”

Our two acre pollinator field and wildflower ruins are sure to inspire frolicking. Our pricing includes a reception tent and a luxury bathroom trailer. We offer table decor and florist service as an add on. Picture sparkling quartz, electric candles, fairy lights, and our incredible zero waste flowers that we grow in our gardens. “Jessica was a joy to work with! She understood what I wanted and totally delivered. So professional and friendly... try angel. I ordered my bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres from Brook Hill Flowers, but got 2 DIY boxes of flowers from Wegman's in Frederick. However, my BFFs who helped me organize and decorate my wedding (at my home) were all thumbs the morning of and needed help putting all the vases together. When Jessica came to drop off the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres, she asked if there was anything she could help with and my MOH ran over and asked for her help. I was upstairs starting my beautification and when I came down the stairs towards my dad to walk down the aisle, I was blown away seeing how beautiful my home looked! Thank You, Jessica!!”

“I had the best experience with Jordan and Kristen for my wedding hair and makeup. The trial we did beforehand was extremely helpful to visualize the look I wanted for the big day, and were extremely responsive to feedback for tweaks and adjustments. When more people than I originally thought wanted to join hair and makeup services close to the big day, they were (thankfully for me!) able to add an additional artist last minute. I wish I lived closer to their salon so I could go there more often for more everyday occasions! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for wedding HMU services.”

Illusions Weddings is a photography team. Michelle graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors Of Fine Art In Photography in 1999. While living in CA she worked for a Hollywood Photo studio for 4 yrs. Upon moving to Colorado she worked at a wedding and portrait studio. Angela is a self taught photographer. In her youth she dabbled in modeling. This taught her posing, angles and finding the light. She is a classically trained visual artist in many mediums.
