Welcome to The Pavilion! The Pavilion at Fair Harbor, set against a scenic waterfront backdrop, provides an idyllic location for hosting weddings, receptions, and private get-togethers with loved ones. With the capacity to welcome up to 175 guests, the outdoor space is arranged with tables and chairs on the lush green, offering views of the marina. Showcasing a magnificent stone fireplace, a rich-colored floor, shingled walls with eyebrow dormers, and breathtaking chandeliers reminiscent of Nantucket style, The Pavilion exudes an airy yet intimate ambiance. Its unique aura captivates visitors and guests alike, leaving them consistently awestruck by the aesthetics of the place. Enhancing the charm of The Pavilion is a serving zone equipped with bluestone countertops and a 16-foot serving buffet, designed to present a sumptuous meal.

The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

The heart of Owl and Olive is our historic gambrel barn. Built in 1936, the barn provides a beautiful and unique setting to celebrate your special day with family and friends. The vaulted ceiling spreads overhead reaching nearly 40′ to the inside of the cupolas.
