Megan, what can I say! You totally blew us away! With my other daughter’s wedding 20 years ago, we didn’t have a wedding planner and I truly didn’t know all that you did! Wow! Can I say Wow! You went beyond anything that I expected. Because this was a long distance wedding, our video calls that planned the entire event made it easy! You mapped it out, updated it every time we talked and truly made it fun, doable and easy to follow. The day of the wedding, while you are a soft spoken lady, you had power behind your voice that told us exactly what to do with a smile and laugh every time! I LOVE timelines and made 5 copies of the one you made us to give to our photographers, the mom in laws and anyone else who needed a timeline for that day. It was invaluable! The ideas of bubble send off, to the lighted sticks for dancing and bringing them out about halfway through the dancing part of the reception to jumpstart the energy again was spot on! Your experience of what to make it a memorable day, but relaxing was so helpful! The video you sent to us the next day I have shared with so many people, having you take those during the wedding day was so cool because we haven’t gotten our photos yet, but people want to see! We booked Felic Events For our Content Creation and Photo Booth on our wedding day & I honestly wish we had came across them way earlier in our planning process because we would have 1000% booked them to be our planners for the entire wedding as well. Not only were they extremely professional, exceptional service and skill, but they were the sweetest and most intentional people throughout the planning process and especially on the big day. Natalie was with me and my bridesmaids most of the time while Hector was tending to the groomsmen which allowed them to not miss a special moment for either of us. They made sure we were hydrated, and constantly helping with literally anything we needed. Natalie truly helped me feel beautiful, calm and taken care of in the most otherwise chaotic moments. I could go on for DAYS about how amazing they are but if you want to have the most enjoyable wedding planning and wedding day, I truly recommend not waiting any longer and booking them now. It will likely be the best investment in your most special day!

She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. I've been lucky to have worked with Cook Event Planning on multiple weddings. As a Pastry Chef, creating the brides dream cake is always top priority. Iman is the icing on the cake. She is very easy to talk to/work with. Since she has a background in hospitality she understands the needs of the vendors as well as her brides. She makes sure that before the big day even arrives, that everything is taken care of and runs smoothly. She goes out of her way to make sure that as a vendor all communication between all parties is clear. The venue has everything they need from me ahead of time and they're ready when I arrive with the cake/desserts. She jumps in and helps with any setup if you need her to. She's always friendly and has the answers, and if she doesn't, you better believe she will find out within minutes! There's honestly not enough great things that I can say about Cook Event Planning!! Such a professional and organized business to work with. I look forward to partnering again in the future and using them for personal events as well. 10/10 I highly recommend!!

Marykate was an AMAZING wedding planner / coordinator. She is extremely organized, super efficient, and a pleasure to work with. There wasn’t one thing that we needed that she couldn’t figure out a way to make it happen. She handled our day of coordination developing the timeline, keeping vendors accountable, and ensuring that the church and venue were perfect. She met with us several times via zoom and in-person to coordinate with the venue and other vendors. She stepped in and helped ease tensions on many occasions including with the venue that was challenging to work with. She was in charge of moving our wedding cake from the venue’s refrigerator, and decorating it with flowers (who knew the bakery, florists, and the hotel wouldn’t work together to get the delivered cake into the reception room and place the flowers on it)! She took it in stride and did a fabulous job! She helped us coordinate table decorations, cleaning up at the end of the night, transporting all of this stuff back up to our hotel room. Every item that you didn’t want to worry about on your wedding day, she handled and then some. Just a wonderful experience. Less than 15 minutes before the ceremony she was making sure we had snacks, fixing broken boutonnieres, and trimming bouquets. Truly a jack of all trades! Everything turned out flawless! The only thing I would suggest is to involve her earlier on in the process to reduce your wedding stress level. We only did for day of coordination and looking back, I wish we would have had her help with more. SHE IS FABULOUS and well worth her fee which was extremely reasonable! Snap her up and have a stress free wedding day!

My husband and I got married in August 2025 and hired Ashley for Wedding Coordination services. We knew we could handle much of the prep work ourselves but wanted a coordinator to ensure the wedding day ran smoothly so we didn't have to stress or manage logistics ourselves. Our experience working with Ashley from start to finish was fantastic and we would highly recommend her to other couples getting married. Ashley and I had multiple planning calls in the months leading up to our wedding to review details and tasks that I needed to accomplish in order to stay on track. As we got closer to the wedding Ashley began taking on coordination tasks such as putting together the wedding day timeline and reaching out to all my other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Throughout all these interactions she was on time, detail oriented, friendly, and followed up promptly with any action items (timeliness of email responses and follow up is a pain point I had with some other vendors throughout the wedding planning process, but not Ashley). When it came to the wedding weekend Ashley drove all the way to our venue location to run rehearsal and communicated frequent updates with me when she was running late due to traffic. Despite the delay we were still able to run the rehearsal quickly and get to our next event. On the wedding day itself Ashley kept all our vendors operating efficiently, set up our decor exactly as we asked, and jumped in to proactively manage a couple unforeseen bumps that occurred throughout the evening. At the end of the night she packed up everything and placed it in the bridal suite for us to pick up the next day. Although we didn't add content creation to our package, Ashley still took some video clips on her phone throughout the day and surprised us the next morning by texting them over -- it was such a thoughtful way for us to relive the day. We cannot sing her praises enough an encourage couples to hire Ashley for their wedding planning needs as she continues to grow her business.
