I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!

I want to begin by saying that I was hesitant when choosing a wedding coordinator because some that I had spoken with before weren't open to my vision for our wedding. Mackenzie right off the bat was just a spark of joy and a light in the wedding planning process! She was able to set up a meeting over zoom and instantly, I knew she was different. She was so supportive of our dreams for our day and really helped bring everything to life! She assisted with small things I probably would have never thought of as well as big things I knew would stress me out. From decor to communication with vendors to literally making sure she brought us our plate of food personally to our sweet heart table, Mackenzie was an excellent source of help. She was our day of coordinator but in reality she was so much more. She took care of us and made sure we were priority so we could soak in all the joy it is to have a wedding without the stress. She handles business so well and is very reliable. My husband had never met her prior to wedding day and after the wedding, he had nothing but great things to say about her about how nice and helpful she was! From start to finish working with Avenue Design Studio was a fantastic experience! I had an initial call with Chad and based on that I knew they were professionals who could bring my vision to life through floral design and day of coordination. Then they continued to provide clear and open communication throughout the planning process and were able to make suggestions as needed to advance my vision. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!

My most memorable experience with Timeless Event Planning was a 40th birthday photo shoot that Lauren coordinated for a client. I provided 12 different “Marie Antionette/Let them eat cake” era cakes for the background of the shoot. Lauren is always timely, approachable, attentive to detail and friendly. Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

I found Stunning and Brilliant Events as a preferred vendor from the venue we had booked with. Michelle Peska reached out to me to schedule a phone call and I really enjoyed talking with her. I think the main difference between her and another wedding planner I spoke with was that Michelle asked WAY more questions to get to know myself, my fiancé, our story, and how we envisioned our day. Michelle is very knowledgable and sweet. She definitely has a lot of experience and it shows when you are working with her to plan your event. She always seemed like she was one step ahead of me- as it should be :) I think my favorite part of hiring someone to help me with the wedding was that 30 days out she took over all of the communications with the vendors coordinating everything, which alleviated a lot of mental stress for me that I wouldn't have to worry about any of that. Wedding day- she was super helpful and I'm sure she handled plenty of problems that came up that I knew nothing about, which is exactly what you want your wedding planner doing! I 1000% think it is worth it to hire someone to help you plan your wedding and I'm so glad I did!

We used Destiny and her team as our coordinator for our wedding in August and we are so glad we did!! Shay K Events is a life savor! Shay helped us plan our wedding from start to finish. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She became me and absorbed any stress that might have come my way. She was able to handle any situations that popped up and took on all the stress that would have fallen on me. A few days before the wedding, we had an issue with the caterer, I immediately handed over communication to Shay. Shay was able to communicate with and negotiate until the issue was resolved.
