“The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

He then creates amazing mixes with the songs and knows how to keep the party going. I was really happy he was able to find our first dance song, which is from the 1940s and not easy to stream from just anywhere (thank you!!!). Our dance floor felt tailored to us, and the lights were so fun. He also did our introductions and gave the guests instructions when needed. “If we could give 10000 stars we would! My family loves live music and I have a dance background, so having a great band was a must for me to fully party at our wedding. Skyline Lines hit it out of the park! From the very start, I felt connected to the band. We decided on their 8 piece band option to include horns, which I highly recommend.They did the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception for an amazing price! Eliot was absolutely incredible in working with us to make sure everything was just how we hoped. He collaborated with one of my friends who I wanted to have sing as I walked down the aisle, met with us multiple times to discuss flow and our play/don’t play list. He even went to the venue prior to the event to get the lay of the land and organized with our coordinator. SL learned a few songs not on their playlist at our request. Even more amazing, the week of our wedding my husband decided he wanted to do a 2 song mashup for his dance with his mom. The band put it together just a few days before and it was awesome! Truly above and beyond! My family has been to a lot of weddings and multiple people said this was the best band they ever experienced! The dance floor stayed full, the energy was amazing, I could not have asked for anything more! Thank you SL for making our day amazing!”
