From the beginning our first meeting together to our wedding day, Michelle was absolutely amazing! Michelle went above and beyond to create our vision for our wedding day. Michelle attention to details and working out ways to help with our budget was fabulous. Although we were not able to be in person for many things as we had a destination wedding, Michelle did her very best over numerous phone calls and zoom calls to create the best wedding day ever! She was also great at recommended many of her vendors who she has worked with for many other wedding. Every little detail at the wedding was amazing. Till this day everyone keeps talking about the wedding! It was beyond perfect with no issues at all. I loved that Michelle had a content creator and within a few weeks we were able to see highlights from our wedding day as we wait for our videographer and photographer to share their content with us. I would highly suggest Michelle as a wedding planner and venue designer in a heartbeat. Michelle and her team were very professional and organized.

Midway through our planning, Danielle received an exciting opportunity at a new venue. While I was thrilled for her, I couldn’t help but feel a bit nervous about what that might mean for us. But Danielle’s dedication is truly unmatched—despite having started a new role, she returned to oversee our wedding day and stayed through the entire evening. We were beyond grateful for her loyalty and support. One of my favorite memories from the day (besides marrying my husband, of course!) was when Danielle pulled us aside before the reception to see the reception space fully set up. The countless boxes of candles and decor I had dropped off the night before had been transformed into something so magical. The room took my breath away—I was instantly in tears. Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered. We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. We had our full trust in Demi that she would handle it, and handle it she did. Demi and Alyssa were thoughtful enough to even record 70 videos and photos for us throughout the night and shared them with us before they left, it was so nice to get to relive the beauty of such a special night after it had just flown by! My only regret is not hiring Stephanie as a month-of coordinator instead of day-of! You NEED Stephanie to run your wedding. She and her team worked tirelessly on every detail, from heavy setup and takedown to the tiniest finishing touches. She brought my dream wedding vision to life flawlessly. She has a big rental catalog, which is amazing! I rented several items (like table numbers) from her at a lower cost than making them myself - and it saved me the hassle of transporting even more décor to and from the venue. Stephanie is a total boss - professional, calm, and genuinely invested in your wedding’s success. I can’t recommend Astonishing Events enough. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. Erin felt more like a friend than a coordinator, and we are so happy we got to spend our special day with her. We decided to hire a wedding coordinator last minute (about 2 weeks out from the wedding), and came across LOVER events in a Facebook group. Juliette was incredibly helpful. She gave us a discounted rate because she had another wedding the day prior and wasn’t able to run rehearsal with us. We still ran rehearsal the day of the wedding. Juliette is incredibly knowledgeable in the wedding industry and helped us put together our timeline and sort out small details we didn’t think about. Without Juliette, I don’t think we would’ve been able to have fun and be in the moment at our wedding. She helped things run super smoothly and I’m really grateful that she was able to help us.

the best day ever because of her. From ensuring the DJ played the right songs at the right parts to the timeline, to the cocktail hour and reception, and sparkler exit and much much more, like signature drinks and memorial pieces. Every detail was perfect and executed amazingly!!! Did I mention we planned all this in about a week!? Rachel worked non-stop for us to ensure we had the best day ever. We texted and spoke daily and she responded so promptly whenever a thought popped in my head. P.S. my officiant was also my good friend and this was his first wedding. We had no idea the parts of the wedding or the ceremony and Rachel helped me keep him on track and even provided a template and reviewed our draft of the ceremony days before. She really does it all and understands every detail that goes into the wedding planning process and there are ALOT of details. THANK YOU AGAIN RLP EVENTS AND RACHEL!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

Michelle and her team are absolutely incredible. My original wedding venue was unavailable 60 days before my wedding due to hurricane Helene/Milton and she found me 7 new options for the same date in the same city within 24 hours. Her perseverance and positive attitude are what made my wedding day happen. On the actual wedding day, the flowers and decor were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire event went off without a hitch. I couldn’t imagine my special day without Michelle and her team, especially their content creator who captured some special moments of my day that I was able to view the next day with my husband. I also used them for my bridal shower, and will be using them for my baby shower in the coming months. I cannot recommend Michelle in the Legacy Events teams more!

Our wedding at Atlanta Botanical Garden was an unforgettable day. Having Holly @ Wanderlust Event Company be a part of it made it even better. She was not only a great planner, but day of she made us feel relaxed and like she was going to take care of everything, no matter what. She really gets to know the couple, and tries to understand their wants and needs, their family members, alleviates anxieties, solves problems, and makes you feel like she is in control and does it all with a huge smile! We didn’t have to think of anything that day-right when you thought “I’m thirsty” she was there with water, or “where’s my phone?” And she put it in your hand. Truly an absolute joy to be around and made our celebration beautiful. I would recommend Holly and her company for any occasion without a moments hesitation!
