She has a caring, kind, and welcoming demeanor that makes you feel like you've known her forever. Her dogs Remy and Cleo are also the cutest assistants. The raw, flexible space at Pierce House is truly beautiful and has a warm, homey feel that we loved and our guests loved. From the moment we toured the venue, we fell in love with the space and Jenn herself. She was so patient, kind, and helpful - we felt like we gained a friend through this experience. I could not recommend Pierce House more highly for anyone looking to get married. The venue is a truly special and magical place. Sarah went above and beyond during my trial to talk through every detail of the look I wanted. We worked closely together to make sure I would look and feel my best on such an important day. On the wedding day, Sarah and her team provided makeup for a group of bridesmaids and two moms, and everyone received exactly the look they hoped for. They knew exactly what the area was missing and wanted to create a fun space with quality food, ice cream and a renovated greenhouse to hold private events and weddings to compliment their full service restaurant next door. Featuring several of their fan favorite items from next door, quality Italian Deli Sandwiches and Gifford’s Premium Ice Cream. They have provided ample parking and an amazing outdoor area for relaxing by the fire pit, a competitive corn hole match or just a spot to enjoy good times with friends and family. Cheers!

Shane and the team are very accommodating. Every detail that I forgot to plan the team at Pica's either asked or addressed without hesitation. The Green House area is super cute. We had 50 people. There was plenty of space for everyone. Kat tending bar was super as usual!! The menu options continue to grow. Quality of food never disappoints. Highly recommend!!!!

The Stevens Estate at Osgood Hill was an incredible venue for our wedding. From the moment we started working with them, Amy was so helpful, asking questions we would have never thought of to ensure we were happy all day and everything went smoothly, even down to what drink we wanted after finishing the ceremony. The space is gorgeous - the tent and mansion are amazingly beautiful, though it can get a bit hot in the suites in the summer with a lot of people for getting ready photos. We ended up bringing mini electric hand fans and they were a lifesaver. They had an attendant assigned to us throughout the night to make sure we were fed and hydrated, and it just made everything run so smoothly. The food (especially the appetizers) was so good! We could not have been happier with our experience at The Stevens Estate, and we highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful and well-run wedding location.

We were a difficult group to feed; nearly every guest had a unique dietary restriction and Harvest ensured that each guest would remain safe and happy while dining. We will forever cherish this special celebration and look forward to dining at Harvest in the future!

It’s impossible to fully express how wonderful PAGU is, both as a standalone restaurant and as a wedding venue. As Cambridge residents, we had eaten here with friends and family and knew the food, drinks, and service were excellent, and I hosted a work event with a partial buy out that everyone enjoyed, so it quickly came to the top of our list after we got engaged and were looking into wedding venues. From the very beginning, the staff, especially event manager Amanda, were so easy to work with, and they were very flexible to make the space, menu, and overall wedding very personal to us. After a cocktail hour with both passed apps and stations, we opted to have a buffet style wedding so we could accommodate a variety of palettes (our families are from different cultures: Chinese/Indonesian and German/Italian), everyone could find something they liked, and we could show off a seafood paella in a large format paella pan. They even offered a Thai pesto dish that is not standard on their menu! They were also extremely conscientious about guests with food allergies, clearly marking them on menus, and even going to specific guests (especially those with celiac disease) and providing separate non-cross contaminated dishes. They also managed the flow of tables and buffet line efficiently and flawlessly, which can’t be overlooked, as we’ve been to weddings where this wasn’t the case. Our guests all told us it was the best wedding food and cocktails they’ve ever had, and we were so excited to share one of our favorite restaurants with them. The space was perfect for our 110 person wedding. The outdoor patio was a nice space for a cocktail hour and provided a quiet place to hang out when the dance floor later opened. The main restaurant is much larger than it looks, so it manages to feel intimate while still fitting over 100 people without feeling cramped. We had the DJ upstairs in the mezzanine like a real DJ booth, which allowed him to have a great read on the dance floor and assure no one was sitting right in front of a speaker. Finally, they cleared the front two large tables for a dance floor that was plenty large enough for everyone to dance for over 2 hours. Finally, we were thrilled to use our wedding to support a local business that not only has a mission to serve excellent food and drinks (they’ve received James Beard Award nominations!), but also to build community. Chef/owner Tracy Chang founded several nonprofits during COVID to provide economic relief to restaurant workers and donate meals to hospital workers, and she and PAGU have been hosting roundtable events to start conversations about sustainability, culture, and community. We first heard of PAGU after my sister went to a roundtable event about using invasive green crabs in cooking! We knew hosting a wedding was going to be an investment, and while we would have been so happy choosing PAGU for our wedding for the myriad of reasons above, we felt especially great about putting our investment into a place that cares about the world and community around it. We could not recommend PAGU enough for your wedding!

My husband and I got married at Lake Shore Village Resort in May 2025, and it was the wedding weekend of our dreams. If you want a venue where everyone can stay together, relax, and celebrate in one beautiful lakeside location, LSVR is it. We wanted a camp-style but elevated experience, and LSVR delivered beyond expectations. Marissa, our coordinator, was amazing: organized, calm, and on top of every detail. Even when rain forced us to move our ceremony into the tent (along with all the other May/June Saturday brides in New England), she and the team handled it flawlessly and the ceremony and reception ended up feeling incredibly intimate and special. We had 130 guests on-site for three days of pickleball tournaments, a pizza welcome party, kayaking, volleyball, and an after-party bonfire (thanks to Leif, who kept the fire going all night). The farewell pancake breakfast hosted by Michael and his wife was the perfect ending to the weekend. We cannot recommend this venue or team enough. Our guests are still talking about it and so are we. Thank you Marissa and LSVR!! We can't wait to come back one day!

Vanessa was so kind and open throughout our time engaging with this DIY venue. For around 3k, you have the entire venue from 8am Friday to 10pm Sunday, and can set it up to your hearts content. There is ceremony space both indoors and outdoors, space to put up a tent, and the great hall alone holds around 100 people seated, without crowding. Chairs and tables come included. The whole space was great for offering a variety of different spaces for our event: a room for eating and dancing, a room for the photobooth, a room for children's activities, a room for the memorial area, and a room for quiet relaxing--which my wedding party absolutely needed. I can't imagine having had a better experience at a more conventional full service venue--just make sure you have a team to help you with setup and shutdown and you're golden.

If you’re looking to book here and have the option to hire Doe, DO IT! She was my go to person with wedding planning and made the process way easier! We also hired her for her beautiful rental decor & florals! She absolutely killed it and it could not have turned out better. Everyone loved the florals & decor! My bouquet & the bridesmaids were breathtaking and she nailed all my inspo I sent her! She did our arbor also and it was stunning!! She’s truly an amazing person and really cares about all of your wants and needs! & bonus because she makes it happen!! Overall If I could have done anything different I wouldn’t have! She made sure everything went smoothly and we had the best day getting married on the hilltop overlooking the orchard!! 10000/000 recommend having your wedding at Hyland Orchard and hiring Doe! We came across the Huntington Theatre very early during our venue search, but since the first visit and meeting with Esther we fell in love with the Maso Studio! We planned an unconventional wedding which involved merging Indian culture with a non-denominational western ceremony, and Esther, Abbie, Kat and the whole team made our vision come to life. They met with us as many times as we wanted, accommodated all of our odd requests, and helped our friends decorate the space on the day of. The bar team executed our Indian-style custom cocktails perfectly, and provided invaluable suggestions that made the cocktails memorable for all our guests. Since the Maso Studio had its own lighting and sound systems, we were able to make our wedding look and sound just the way we wanted. The team also helped us come up with lighting presets during the ceremony and reception. We cannot recommend the Huntington Theatre enough for your own dream wedding.

They genuinely cared about making our day special - And the food was incredible! (This is the main reason we chose a restaurant as our venue!) We chose the Fireplace Room and it was cozy and perfect for our group. We used the same space for both the ceremony and dinner, and it was great because it made everything so easy for us and our guests. Food wise, they had a great variety and even accommodated several dietary preferences without missing a beat. If you’re looking for a venue that’s intimate, stress-free, and serves amazing food, I can’t recommend The Banks enough. They truly helped make our wedding unforgettable.

My husband and I always wanted a Boston wedding, with all events able to happen at one location. When we found the second oldest ballroom in Boston and within budget we were floored! To top it off, the way allow access to the ballroom, cocktail hour and ceremony rooms starting at 7am, which was amazing for all our vendors who were able to drop off all items. The hotel staff assisted with moving decor, setting up favors, and security made sure everyone had elevator access to the different spaces. The day went so smoothly. We’ll planning we communicated with the hotel planner who assisted with table setup, bar placement etc. just a quick walk to the public gardens we did our first look, had amazing ballroom photos, it was just a stunning day and they had everything we needed!

Everyone was beyond impressed with the food that was cooked to perfection. The quality of the alcohol and drinks provided are far and away better than your standard venue. From the moment we first reached out to the Black Swan Country Club, their communication was quick, calm, and incredibly helpful. Donna and the team were so supportive and caring throughout the entire planning process, making sure we felt a true connection with them. They were so flexible, even allowing us to include my dog Swish in the ceremony, which was so important to me.
