Built in 1934 and renovated in 2017, the barn is a luxury wedding venue in North Raleigh unmatched in its scale and charm. This is the perfect barn wedding venue that can accommodate events large and small! The Historic Wakefield Barn is a National Historic Site that sits on 14 acres – the property includes a bridal suite, horse barn, the main barn and outdoor event spaces. The venue combines the barn’s history with subtle modern touches that result in a unique event space. The property is still an active horse farm, with two horses who live on-site named Mandatory, and Jackson!

The Jiddi Space & Courtyard, part of Raleigh's Helig-Levine Complex, comprises four historic buildings dating back to the late 1800s. Originally a furniture and dry goods store, the space evolved into a stockroom for Heilig-Levine Furniture Store.
