The restored Historic Melrose Knitting Mill is a three-story brick mill, nestled in downtown Raleigh. The venue boasts exposed bricks, rough cut beams and twenty-four arched windows, providing an abundance of natural light. After opening one of Downtown Raleigh’s most vibrant restaurants on the ground level, creative director Samad Hachby renovated the third-story space to accommodate the larger weddings, special events, and parties that his restaurant was being sought after to host. Today, the Historic Melrose Knitting Mill sits perched high atop 309 N. Dawson Street welcoming guests to a true destination within the heart of the city.

With a bistro-like feel, this space includes a main event room, bar and lounge area, outdoor bistro tables, and catering room. Each rental includes the use of the entire space, tables, black linens, and chairs with customizable table settings, color schemes, and stress-free catering options available that can easily be built into your rental. An event attendant will be present for the entirety of your event at no extra charge.
