An Award-Winning Fayetteville NC Wedding Venue on the banks of the Cape Fear River, naturally beautiful, scenic, and convenient to I-95. Outdoor Ceremonies with Indoor Receptions are what we do best! We are also known for our many photo ops throughout the property, our big "wedding" trees for outdoor ceremonies, a cozy venue (think dinner party vibes), and the best staff to help everything run smoothly and cheer you on! Our charming inside Venue has lights, chandeliers, and draping already in place for you. Our seating capacity is 150, chairs & tables set up for you, choose the Vendors you love, and you may use our decor for free if you like. Please note, we allow Beer & Wine Only, no liquor allowed and we require you to use a Professional Caterer who will serve at the venue.

An open air PAVILION at the top ridge of the Cape Fear River. Eight picnic tables are set up at our Pavilion for casual get togethers. Wedding ceremonies can also be set up here. Two CABANAS overlooking the river. GAZEBO on the pond's island connected by the JAPANESE FOOTBRIDGE. All of these areas are at your disposal...fabulous photos happen here!!! Large WEDDING TREE near Venue...Electrical outlet in little barn. TREE SWING at tree grove. FIELDS, some with long grass or split rail fencing.

This elegant space has 2 beautiful large barn doors for a grand entrance for the bride & groom or wedding party. Seating up to 150 with tables and chairs included, there are lights, draping, and chandeliers all ready up for you. The dance floor in the middle allows all your guests access to the party! Tall central wood ceilings and polished concrete floors reflect the patio lights and add a bit of drama. Large enough but not so big that you feel swallowed up by the space. Just right :)

    Incredible!

    I wouldn't change a thing about this venue! It was an amazing experience and i'm so thankful that we had our daughter's wedding here. They were exceptional and i would suggest this venue to anyone! The owner was open and communicative and answered questions we didn't even know we had and her staff the day of was incredible. Truly thankful!

    Lovely Venue

    As soon as we saw the Venue for the first time we fell absolutely in love with it. Such a great team helping you with everything you need to know about planning your wedding and is there for you all day long. I cannot say thank you enough for making our special day even more special.     Our wedding at Catlett Farm, North Carolina

    We had our wedding at Catlett Farm in North Carolina, and it was absolutely incredible! The venue is breathtaking, the recommended vendors were fantastic, and even though we planned everything in just one month, Marie (the owner) and her team made the process so easy. Catlett Farm was budget-friendly without taking away from anything we wanted, and our day turned out even better than we imagined. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful and seamless everything was. Choosing Catlett Farm was truly the best decision we made for our wedding!

Yes. To secure your desired date, a $1,000 non-refundable Hold-the-Date fee is due along with the signed contract and proof of insurance (this is your first payment of the total fee, not in addition to).
No, but we do have 2 team members working at each wedding. We do not coordinate the wedding but think of us as an extra pair of helping hands. We do so much behind the scenes to keep your event running smoothly. We will have tables & chairs set up to your specifications. If you rent linens from us, the linens will also be put out on the tables by 10 am ready for you. A wedding planner is not required but we sure do love them!
Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, and free use of our decor + acres of Natural Beauty!! Great for your photos. We are a Venue Only property, so you may choose your own vendors. We are a semi-dry venue...Beer & Wine Only, no liquor allowed and we do require you to use a professional caterer to serve you at the Venue. Truly are only 2 rules.
You have 13 hours to make the magic happen! 10 am - 11 pm. (A Friday rental includes 4 hours on the Thursday before to decorate and rehearse...a nice advantage!)
We allow couples to reschedule their date for free, no penalty...a huge advantage, especially for military couples. All payments made including deposits, are non-refundable...BUT, if we are able to rebook your date we will give you a full refund.
We are two exits down I-95 from the Fayetteville NC Airport (FAY). Take exit 49, head west towards Fayetteville, turn left onto Fields Road, and we are 2 miles down on the right. Just a 15 minute ride. Hotels at Exit 49. The RDU (Raleigh) airport is 1 hour north of us...I-40 to I-95. Wilmington is 1 hour 45 minutes away.
Yes, each couple must purchase Event Insurance, this is easy to do online through companies like Eventsured.com, etc. It is about $180 with alcohol coverage or $120 without.
We have plenty of space on our 35 acres! Parking is right next to our Venue.
Yes, there is a cement pad at the front door/porch that makes wheelchair accessibility into the Venue easier and also one of our restrooms is larger and has a handicap bar.
